Soo where do I begin? I started back in November enrolled into the jump program and was told I could jump anytime up to 2 – 3 a year. I was super excited but pissed with my note 4 and how I had to fight to get help. Service reps basically told me they could do all they could do and tried shutting me up by giving me «10gigs» for the rest of the year. Being completely fed up I decided to jump around may, to get an iPhone try something new. My roommate jumped around the same time and only paid the taxes and we got our first phone the very same day. So this associate told me in order to jump I had to pay the difference and sales tax? If I didn’t want to pay anything but the tax I had to wait November of this year. I told her how my roommate didn’t pay nothing but the taxes. She told me that was the old jump program and I missed it by a week. Already pissed I went ahead and paid for it, told me it’d take up to 2 hours to transfer everything. I come back, go home and find that 400 of my pictures are missing. I would give this store 0 stars but I cant

5 for 5 and here is why: The T Mobile inside Parkway Plaze has a rep named Tahlia who is on it. I rolled in with a somewhat irritated attitude from recently shopping the Walmart inside the mall. Tahlia handled my fathers day gift exchange like I was her first customer of the day. Later I learned that she was on about hour 10 of her shift. I have no doubt that she will run a company some day. If fact, if she was looking, I would hire her. T Mobile has good people.
