Drive thru always gets my order wrong and then they have an attitude when I ask them to fix it.

I usually don’t do Starbucks but came with a group had the regular coffee frap no whip and it was good but What I really want to comment is on from the time of ordering my drink to the time I received it was incredibly fast. Props to that team that was working about 10:30−11am 7÷01÷16

New Starbucks currently serving coffee filled with grounds, slow service, dirty tables, construction noise and a group of patrons living and bathing there. If they cannot provide a steady supply of tasty coffee, why visit here?

Hands down this starbs makes the best drinks! Always on point and never slacking! But when it comes to seating, especially after the remodel it’s not my favorite spot to study or do homework. But I still go through the drive through almost every day to grab my daily coffee!

We will call this review the reeeeeeeemix. You could say I’m a regular at this location, so much so that customers recognize me. So perhaps I’m biased, but this is consistently the best Starbucks around. When a worker leaves that is top notch, they find a way to replace them with someone equal. When a drink isn’t made properly or to your liking, they remake it for you upon request — and without attitude(so long as you don’t have an attitude). The store was remodeling last May and is much more aesthetically pleasing. Very spacious and lots of places to sit. The seating, although plentiful, is sadly not as comfy as the old seating(those brown sofa seats were CLUTCH). Drinks are always great. Iced coffee refills(free with your gold card) are still the best deal around. Not sure if starbs reads these, but on the off chance they do… the outlets for the bench seating are awfully placed. I’m talking, worst placed outlets in Starbucks history. But hey, I still love you starbs and this location.

The best Starbucks and baristas ever! I mean they always get my grande iced coffee with two pumps of white mocha shaken to perfection. And while other Starbucks get stingy when you ask for a venti iced water, this Starbucks is generous and never says no! It also went through a complete remodel which makes it look urban and cool. Although I do miss the comfy couches they used to have…

This place truly is a hit or miss. I hop back and forth between this Starbucks and the walk in one down the road by Petco. This used to be my goto Starbucks, but the past year it has gone downhill. I would say about 75% of the time my drink is made incorrectly. I order a simple drink, Venti Iced Vanilla coffee made with breve(half and half creamer) and Carmel drizzle. Their milk portioning is always off, my drink is supposed to be tan in color. And lately it always comes out almost white in color. There are a few employees that work at the drive thru who are excellent, you can tell that they care more about their job or simply have more experience. Wish they worked here everyday! Today will probably be the last time I come here for a while. I got two of the exact same drinks one was tan(correct) and the other was white(incorrect). Just goes to show there consistency is off. They also were out of Carmel sauce. I really hope the baristas can get better training because I want to love this drive thru Starbucks!

The service at the window was awful. The person in front of me waited a very long time to get their drinks and when they got them they were wrong. When I got up to the window I tried to pay using my phone and the girl refused to hold it in her hand saying it was«against the rules». Then she left my food & drink on the counter out of my reach while she went and took someone else’s order. I’m pretty sure she needs training and they need more hands on deck at this location. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this very snobby Starbucks.

This is our go-to Starbucks because it’s the closest to home. It’s always been a bit slow and getting the order correct is hit and miss. Unfortunately, we’re used to it and just deal with it. But it’s getting worse! Went this morning, skipped the long drive thru line. Inside was dirty. Crumbs and sticky coffee all over the tables. Face to face with a frowning, bored barista. Got one drink order wrong, and in the bag with a bagel and cream cheese was a spoon instead of a knife. Huh? There’s a lot of staff in this place but it’s easy to see that they’re disorganized and scattered. A few years ago they had a fabulous manager that ran the place like a well oiled machine. Ever since she left, it’s been on a downhill slide.

If I can give negative stars I would. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. And that’s a lot to say about a company like Starbucks giving they are usually really good about customer service. My friends and I went through the drive thru at this location with separate orders and I automatically knew the guy taking our order was new bc he got 2 of 3 orders wrong. So my friend and I ended up going down so they would correct our drinks and the guy was so rude. He kept rolling his eyes at us and didn’t even apologize once for the inconvenience and then he said«Oh that guy over there made the drinks not me, he’s new.» And he said this in the most unprofessional/rude manner. The whole time he was walking back and forth making these drinks slowly while rolling his eyes. And then before i left I asked him who the onsite manager was and he said«me.» I proceeded to let him know that he had a very bad attitude. And he just laughed at me. NEVERGOINGHEREAGAIN.

uhh, am I missing something? I can’t understand why this location has such rave reviews. this location is always really hit-or-miss for me. I usually just drive the extra 3 or 4 minutes to go to the Starbucks down the road(by Petco), as I find their customer service & drink quality superior. the baristas at this Starbucks are usually more interested in talking to one another than the customer right in front of them. however, this morning I was running late for class and it was cold, so I opted for the drive-thru at this location. the girl who took my order was perky & sweet, albeit really short with me. she didn’t even repeat my order back to me or put it up on the screen. I was a little worried she might have missed something. when I get up to the window, I’m happy to see that my cup is correct, although it’s rather light. there’s a line of cars behind me, and I’m running late, so I just drive off and don’t think too much of it. when I finally get to settle into my class, I see that my drink is missing a significant amount of milk/product! what the heck! not to mention, the milk is lukewarm. I think what happened is the baristas used what was left in one pitcher(used for another drink) in lieu of steaming me a new pitcher of milk. not acceptable! (for reference, I ordered a double tall, no whip gingerbread latte. at least an one inch or so of my milk was missing)

I study there almost every day, the workers are great and really nice, they usually make u a sample of a drink if you haven’t tried it before which is really nice if them!

My first experience here was awesome today. Happy first day of Fall! I was feeling in the spirit so I got in the drive thru line and I was only 3 cars behind and the line went pretty quick. I ordered a tall Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was in the cutest fall print cup. The lady at the window was super sweet. Can’t wait to try more pumpkin and holiday items!

This Starbucks is always full of students but they made a lot of changes over the years. They were pretty quick with my drink and I do like how they changed it up with some tall bar tables and longer table. The drive thru also makes it very easy to go.

Beautiful new remodel. It’s obvious the seating isn’t comfortable for a reason. They took out those two comfy seats by the restroom to make the restroom larger. Service is still pretty good, drive thru very convenient and good coffee spot if you don’t want to see all your aunts and uncles or all your neighbors aunts and uncles of theirs or theirs.

The one star is for the new remodel.(the crew is still awesome). The new renovation is horrible. No comfortable seats. Seating area feels cramped together. Power outlets are on the bottom of the seats facing the ground !! many people I talk to find it difficult to plug in specially in the(very cheap) seating area along the wall. I really hope no one will get electric shocks trying to plug in. It feels like they want people to walk in and out, and probably that’s what the new design meant to do because many students go there; if not then the designer should find something else to do. :) … Many Starbucks locations remodeled to improve. This one definitely didn’t.

They renovated. :( Normally this is a great thing, but Starbucks has gotten even cheaper with their furniture and furnishings. The place is louder, has no cozy cove, has no relaxy chairs(the wrap around bench has a f*cking woodblock back!), doesn’t have wine and beer yet, and somehow became more cramped! This means fewer places to chill and study. There’s also even fewer places to plug in! Of all the things to improve, this was paramount. Like handing a single jumbo tampon to a hemophiliac on her period, this place has a singular table with a string of outlets under it while the rest of the lobby is a comedy lounge. Seriously. There’s no outlets ANYWHERE else. Really good when there’s a college a block away. /sarcasm Still has great Wi-Fi though. Still has an overwhelming drive-thru clientele though. Still has no spaces in the parking lot though. So basically take all the pros with our original 2004 store, throw them out the window, and amplify the aggravations twofold. Please re-renovate the recent renovations. Best café in East County is now back up in the air. I should mention that I’m completely biased to the previous layout(it was my fav), but anyone who sits in here for five minutes will concur, this location is now anything but comfortable.

I love this location! 10 stars! 24 hour drive thru and this is the best location in Rancho San Diego. It’s very convenient and the employees are beyond nice. I love all of the employees and always get treated well by them, Nancy and Virdiana I think are the girls I remember and they are just too sweet! Such enthusiasm whenever we are there no matter what time of day! I absolutely love that it’s 24 hour drive thru whether I need a late night coffee run or an early morning run I don’t have to worry about the hours. ** This location is currently being remodeled until JUNE3rd! **
