Pizza Hut

Just want to say that the customer service was awesome here. The guy was friendly, had great small talk, made suggestions, listed all the deals — it was good!
Pizza Hut has great take out pizza, but it’s not always my fave. Go for the wings and breadsticks! I love that you can order online or on your app. Great location right next to the movie theater.
It was also a lot cleaner than most locations. The TV’s are quite old, and sports were on. I can’t give amazing stars because it is a pizza chain restaurant, but I’m definitely pleased.

They made a mistake with our order and totally fixed it the right way. Excellent costumer service. And delicious pizza! Thanks!

I had ordered a large pizza and some wings online. When I opened the boxes at home, I noticed that I didn’t get any wings only drumsticks… they are so lucky pizza hut is my favorite pizza spot. This is not the first problem I’ve had with this exact pizza hut location. The last time I went to pick up, they gave my order away to someone else. They said that our name sounded similar. I highly doubt that. The other person that got my order was an old man.

If you go into a Pizza Hut with expectations, you’re a fool.
Wings were tiny, but deliciously bad for me… which is awesome. It wasn’t the cheapest wings around, but when you’re hungry and in the mood for non-​pizza related items, then wings are a good choice.
We went there before we hit the theater. Service wasn’t bad. It wasn’t the best, nor the worst pizza hut experience ever, so I’m filing this one as A-​OK.

Service has DEFINITELY improved these last couple of months. I think the crew has finally started to click and work together. The dining room hasn’t been this clean in a really long time and the last two times I’ve picked up my food it was ready by the time I got there to pick it up.
I still won’t have it delivered, mostly because I know I’ll get it quicker if I just pick it up!

About every other time I come here, they screw up my order. It’s not that they get my order wrong, it’s that they never put in my order in the first place! This has happened on numerous occasions — both in person and by phone wen I’ve tried to pre-​order so the food would be ready when I arrived. 15 – 20 minutes later, I inquire about my order, only to be told it’ll be another 20 minutes. I say, «Doesn’t it only take 20 minutes to cook?» And then they admit that it was never put in in the first place. I would have given up on them the first time they screwed up, but it’s the only place all 3 of my kids will eat before my son’s soccer practice which is just next door. The food is typical of this chain — 2.5 *. Service is ZERO *.

If you dine in, be prepared for some terrible service. Employees here are unmotivated and lack any customer service. I order a medium peperoni pan and they give me a large hand tossed pan. I was charged for the medium price. They also screwed up on the cheese sticks I ordered which resulted in some breadsticks. The employee, Steven was smoking a cig outside before serving us and he was the worst.

It was my girlfriend’s b-​day last night (well at midnight exactly). We have big plans for the weekend but we still wanted to celebrate so we went to the local east county bars for drinks.
around closing time of hooley’s we left with our stomach’s growling.
I decided to pop into the pizza hut and ask if they had any left overs. They did! free pizza and breadsticks… whats not to like?
Ofcourse, I know the quality of pizza hut pizza. IT’s the fast food of pizza but sometimes its just what your stomach is looking for
