My husband and I have an appointment with our consultant Sara every Sunday. She is fabulous and we seldom have to wait. The person that made the first review would come in while we were waiting for our appointment with a dark cloud over his head. My husband and I would joke saying that we were glad we didn’t have to be around this grouchy man. Every one of us have appointments. The girls help him after they finish up with the person they are with. Should they leave the customer that they have in their office to take care of this person that is self entitled? I think not. This a fabulous Jenny Craig. Great job ladies.

Every time I go there to pick up food I have to wait 10 to 20 minutes just to pick up an order that was called in and pre-paid. Sometimes they help you check off the order to make sure it’s correct sometimes not we’ve had occasions where some food was missing. This location is understaffed. This time I went in with a short list and they asked me to come back later. Their customer service has gone from bad to worse. My wife has a lifetime membership and the treatment there is less than desirable. They act like they’re doing you a favor taking your order. I suppose I’ll have to contact their corporate office so that they can deal with their lack of customer service.
