My Cinnabon was okay I haven’t had one since I was like 10 years old so I tried again it was too sweet the guy just slapped it with frosting I know I’m a big girl but don’t give me the whole bucket of frosting either. He also just look like he hated life and I was scared to ask him for napkins what if he gets mad and do something wrong. Idk maybe smile more. But over all I should of said something but it’s too late I already wiped it off and half way eating it. It’s okay I like the one in plaza Bonita mall it taste a little much more better for some reason.

Like cashier Joseph was super friendly and super helpful with my experience in Cinnabon. This guy had an amazing passion to serve a quality Cinnabon. Once I received my Cinnabon he would always check up on me and ask me if the Cinnabon was to my liking. To struck me as a surprise because no one at mall/​food court would give quality service.

Really disappointed with the decline of quality recently. To be honest, Cinnabons are no better than what you can get from your grocer’s bakery. They are overpriced for the lack of quality. Won’t be indulging any longer :(
