I wouldn’t even give 1 star to this establishment. I ordered sushi, according to my experience, the ingredients listed and the picture provided. The sushi was greasy and soggy. When I asked for an exchange, the guy just threw up his hands. Terrible food. Terrible service. First and last visit.

I would have given this. 5, however it’s in the Mall. That said, the Chicken Katsu keeps up with that made in a quality Japanese restaurant. Its made to order, and that is a big plus. Worth the wait.

The sushi looked good, after few minutes my stomach started hurting and felt like throwing up, this usually doesn’t happen to me when I eat sushi, but when I ate there that happened…

Awesome food! Generous portions! I highly recommend the orange chicken and cabbage almond salad! Every time I eat at Panda Express or other Chinese places I feel like crap(probably from MSG)!! But their food was excellent and filling! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was I had to wait for orange chicken cause they were out and unapologetic about it taking so long(but they were super busy, so I sorta understand)!! But all in all I would go to Parkway Plaza just to get their Chinese Food!

I like to give my business to the little man rather than the big man. In this case the big man would be Panda Express the little man teriyaki house. I would rate 5 stars but they can be slightly pricey just my opinion. But I frequent here on lunch breaks usually get a small plate of sushi, rice, or lo mein. I haven’t had any bad food yet. So far everything has been good and I think it’s more fresh than panda and has more of a home cooked meal taste. I always see the same Asian man up front, and he has no problem offering a sample. When I go to parkway plaza I choose this place way over panda any day.

My husband and I stop here every time we go to the mall together. We pick up a Dragon roll and a spicy tuna roll. Usually we take it home to eat it. Very delicious and fresh. You’ll have to wait about 10 minutes, but it’s worth it.

Teriyaki House would probably be the only best option you have in parkway plaza mall’s food court. I stop by here once or twice a week. I can tell you that everything on the food bar is very Fresh becuz they are constantly selling and bringing new food trays to display. I love and again love the Curry Chicken. its fresh and always fresh! Steam veggies are my second favorite. I love the new Jalapeño Crunch Rolls they are almost an art:) I think in 2015 Teriyaki House really stepped up their game with new Signage and Cool self explanotory menu display! I am only giving them 4 stars becuz their prices are slightly too high for the food court standards:)

felt great this morning. got lunch there today around 11:30/12pm. California roll and a teriyaki bento. the roll was okay, a little bland. the tempura was reaaaally greasy. the food was kind of hard to eat, just generally felt unhealthy, but most mall food does. about 30min after I ate I got a headache. within an hour I felt nauseous and had small regurgitations. ended my shopping and got home around 2pm and rushed to the bathroom. felt really sick and took a nap. woke up needing the bathroom again. been laying in bed feeling like crap all afternoon. depending on how bad the diarrhea gets from here and if I start vomiting(I feel like I might) I’ll probably be spending my night in the ER.

The teriyaki house looked like a good place to get some to go food but don’t let looks deceive you… I recently ate some food from here and my boyfriend and I both got food poisoning. I never write reviews usually, but please avoid this place. I been feeling horrible all day and can’t keep any food inside my stomach right now. I read some other reviews as well about their meat not being fully cooked, or other costumers getting food poisoning from this place. Wish I read them first.

One of the only places I’ll eat at this food court. Fried rice and orange chicken are better than Panda. Love that I can get tempura and Bento without having to go to a sit down restaurant.

The one time I decide to go against my instincts and order Sushi at the food court in the mall… Do you see what I saw… at the very END!!! Yes a curly hair! I don’t think I will ever eat here or at the food court again.

When in town I come to the mall just for their creamy tempura chicken mixed half and half with their orange chicken over steamed rice. It is fantastic and I recommend it to all! The servers are nice too! The price of the food doesn’t matter to me when it’s something I enjoy. I imagine most people feel the same, though honestly I feel it is a good value for a good meal and I usually only eat half the bowl… Leaving some for later. :)

As I walked past one of the guys working there offered me a sample of the orange chicken and followed with, «It’s better than Panda’s». I love Panda’s and he was right. I was blown away. So the next time I was there I asked if I could just get a large size of that chicken alone, no sides or rice or anything and they obliged-FOR OVER $ 7!!! I thought that was pretty pricey but I sure did love it. Will be going back and likely bringing it home to make with something else and possibly get 2 meals out of it.

I had the shrimp tempura roll and it was so so. It looked better than it taste put it that way. I expect better value for your dollar. They need to drop their prices or get better quality fish.

So I go down to SD to visit friends & family about once or twice a month, and I must stop by this place every time I’m down there. Not normally a fan of mall food, but something about their spicy dishes keep making me come back! Great food, great customer service, good bang for your buck!

So stopped here for early dinner while shopping in the mall. We ordered the creamy tempura chicken, orange chicken and fried rice. The orange chicken was really good, full of flavor and moist not dry like most. The tempura however was soo dry and seemed like it had been in there all day but it was the bottom of the server, I took it back and they gladly replaced it with the fresh tempura chicken, what a difference it was actually creamy but it lacked flavor, it was just alright. The fried rice was pretty good a little bland for my taste. Overall pretty good for mall food.

I really like their food here… You can tell that sometimes the food is a little dry, but that’s all the stuff in the buffet warmers. The sushi is always fresh, quick, and delicious. If you want sushi to go, this is the place to be!

Today I felt like eating teriyaki, Parkway Plaza is a few minutes away. I went with the teriyaki meal. It came with california rolls, rice, stir fry veggies, miso, shrimp and veg tempura, and teriyaki. The place is clean, the seating area is pretty much clean too. I didn’t need to wait for my order. My only problem was the chicken was a little undercooked. Other than that is was fine.
