AVEDA studio is the best place to cut your hair. I went there by an accident and immediately fall in love with their hospitality so I made an appointment for my hair cut for Friday and they give me a courtesy call on Thursday. And today I am one happy women love love my hair cut she did a fantastic job thank you and thank you I finally find my new hair cut place and I highly recommend this place all of east county

I found this salon on Unilocal.It had great reviews and as I needed a good cut, I gave it a try. I had an evening appt with Claudia. Called on a Sunday and made an appointment for the following Friday. They even called to remind me on the day of.
The appointment went well. I was there for about 1.5 hours. It included a consultation, a wash, a hydrating treatment, a hand massage and a great cut, style and dry. I got a modern bob cut, it looks very classy. $ 90.00

My experience here was amazing! Franchesca saved my very dry and damaged hair. She was very professional and a joy to be around, but most important she is very good. I am in love with my cut and color and that is how you should feel when you get your hair done. The salon itself is very clean and has a great feel to it. They offer a assortment of drinks to you while getting your hair done with the best hair products. THANK YOU FRANCHESCA and well done Ava Hair Studio!!!

My experience here was AH-​mazing!!! ALL of the girls are sooo friendly, extremely helpful and genuine about making you feel at home. I came here my first time for a cut and color correction. Claudia was my stylist and she was the absolute sweetest. It’s so hard to find a good stylist who truly knows what they are doing that you can enjoy good company from, and with Claudia, I knew I was in good hands (literally– my hair, and me) She is what I like to call, a hair scientist! Definitely going to be a repeat customer. Excellent service.

My hair was brassy and damaged. I was unhappy and came to Unilocal to find a place that got great reviews. AVA is it! I called and got in with Franchesca. I was offered water, coffee, or wine with my appointment and was given a tour of the salon as it was my first visit. Franchesca was warm, friendly, professional, and asked all the right questions to get me and my hair to exactly where we needed to be. She explained what she was doing and make sure I was comfortable. The products used were wonderful as was the whole experience. I left the salon walking on a happy hair cloud feeling so much and looking so much better than I did when I walked in. My hair is soft, shiny, not brassy anywhere. My cut is now even and complimentary to my face. Thank you Franchesca and AVA!!!

Claudia and Nirel are by far the most amazing! They did such an amazing job on my hair I absolutely love it! I have never seen my hair look this great! The products they use are amazing as well! I’m seriously so happy with how well my hair turned out! Definitely a life long client! Sorry girls, you are stuck with me now :)!! Looking forward to see what else I can have them do for my hair now!

As a teacher, I do my homework! My research for best hair salon is East County led me to AVA Hair Studio. My whole family goes to have hair done at the studio. This place is something very different– it’s completely brand new looking and it feels clean…
My husband can get a a nice cut as my son is getting shampooed and ready for his stylish cut.
Our boy has the most awesome set of curls and I can’t just go to anyone to cut his hair. I have tried and many have failed. Claudia was able to cut and give his hair texture not a dead weighted curl. Claudia is an artist and a teacher, I appreciate the education of understanding «WHY?» she does this and that to my hair.
Claudia will usually finger paint my hair– to give it a more natural look– she’s spot on with the correct color and the style my skin tone and face shape needs.
I feel like I am treated like a royal customer because i have never been pampered with flavored water and delicious snacks at a hair studio. Furthermore, on special occasions, I come in to get my hair done as well as makeup, they will even help with lashes for the evening.

Paid $ 225 for hair color and that did not include a hair cut which would have added another $ 45. To expensive for what you get which is to bad because the location is great!

Very pleased, I went in one day as I take care of my grandmother who lives in the retirement community across the street and walked by the salon and decided to schedule an appointment. My hair was very damaged looking and terrible layers from previous cuts. Claudia sat me down and fixed my hair and it looks great. Showed me products she was using so I bought some humectant from them that works great! The salon is very nice and Claudia knows what she’s doing. I will def go back and highly recommend her and her salon.

Claudia is a fabulous hair stylist!!! She always gives me the perfect haircut. Her knowledge and eye for color is the best! Everyone there is extremely friendly and caters to your needs. When you arrive to your appointment you’re offered something to drink. The atmosphere is very nice and updated!

Claudia is talented and always increasing her knowledge with products and different techniques. This salon is not your average east county salon, very modern and very well maintained. Claudia will only give you beautiful color & that’s that! I was there 3 weeks ago for roots & trim and I went back for partial highlights 3 weeks later. I am addicted! Salon has evening ours which works great with my schedule.

AVA Hair Studio is AMAZING!!! The staff are so caring and welcoming its really a one of a kind experience. Claudia has so much passion it’s easily shown through her work. I’ve never had a stylist care not only for what you would like for your hair to look like but also how to make it as healthy as can be. Also, one of the other stylists named Nirel did a great job making me feel at home by asking me for refreshments and how I was doing while I was waiting for my color to set. I would recommend this salon to everybody! I’m never going anywhere else!

I had such an awesome experience here today! I really wanted something closer than downtown, and I have found it!!! I adore Claudia!!! She really and truelly knows hair! Everyone that I met today was so kind and accommodating! I am a customer for life!!!

They offer an experience. Claudia has thought of everything! When she serves you a glass of water, it’s really served in a glass. She obviously takes pride in who works in her shop and uses her vast knowledge to train the other stylist. She gained my business. I should mention, it’s a three hour drive for me Not only was my cut and color amazing, my friends hair is awesome too. Claudia nails the right shade right on the head!

I tried Claudia out on a referral from a friend. I was getting ready to cut off about 8 inches to go for a short bob. I showed Claudia a few pictures and she executed my vision perfectly. I love my hair and have been back to have it trimmed since then. I will continue to visit Ava Hair Studio and refer people to Claudia.

I came to AVA Hair Studio and my hair was a complete mess. I had multiple colors in my hair and my hair was completely dead and broken off.
These ladies took their time and did a complete color correction and made my hair the blonde that I wanted it to be. Claudia did an amazing cut and my hair came out looking and feeling a thousand times better than when I went in. You can tell that they want to make your hair the best that it can be and that’s exactly what you want from a hairstylist.

I went in to AVA salon for a consultation with Claudia because my hair was a mess with a brassy ugly color from a previous «ombré» disaster, Claudia was very nice and explained that she uses only the best products and made me feel that she cared about hair and she stood by her work 100%.
I came back few hours later for cut and all over glaze honey brown color and I was blown away of how beautiful and how manageable my hair is now, it’s so hard to fine a stylist who knows what they are doing, and after trying multiple and spending hundreds on work I was not happy with, I can say I finally found the right person for me and I will come back! From now on I only trust Claudia to touch my hair, she’s amazing and is not looking into just getting you in and out, she takes her time, explains things and give you an amazing look that you can style at home and make you look fabulous!!!
