I came to this location recently to get an upgrade. I wasnt quite sure what I wanted to upgrade to but thankfully the manager savanna was in to help. She told me the functions of several different phones and out up with my indecisiveness for over an hour. The actual upgrade was quick and she was super friendly the whole time, you can really tell she loves her job and knows how to take care of a customer. Ill be coming back to her soecifically for all of my needs in the futire, thank you savanna!

Waste of three hours terrible service Went to get 2 phones came out with one Lady I guess could not function or do her job because of a recent break up and overdosing levels of caffeine very frustrating to deal with on Valentine’s Day zero stars those people do not deserve to be working and I can see why we were the only customers for three hours and we left so pissed off and ended up missing our reservations for dinner F this place !!!

Wow seriously sitting here watching other people deal with trying to get their phones transfered is beyond stupid. I think both reps don’t know what they are doing. The girl helping us is having a struggle with the over the phone customer service makes me feel bad. But Audry is also showing an attitude weather to make us feel she relates with us. The other one just doesn’t seem to know anything, seems to lack the confidence if she does know. After my time here I cpuld never swtich to At&t
