Choosing Shawn as our realtor to help us buy our first home was a great decision. Shawn is very professional, knowledgeable, easy (and fun!) to work with and he really understands the market.
One of the things we loved most about working with Shawn is that he made buying a house a learning experience. As first time home buyers, we had so many questions and weren’t quite sure where to start or what the process entailed. Shawn took the time to explain everything to us. He is very thorough, we never felt rushed and he made sure ALL our questions were answered. He was also available whenever we needed. His communication was outstanding! He was quick to reply to emails, answer the phone and return voicemails. He stayed on top of the lender and made sure everything went smoothly.
In addition, our first home was a bit of a fixer-​upper. Shawn was instrumental in estimating cost and selecting exceptional contractors. He was very knowledgeable about what improvements we should do ourselves and which we should hire someone to complete.
We never felt pressured into buying a home. We always felt like he gave us honest advice and that we could trust him.
Shawn exceeded our expectations and we would recommend him to friends and family. When the time comes, Shawn is someone who we would use again without hesitation.
