Well. lets see, where do I start… *Received a call a few mts ago regarding a «promotion» to bring my kids back in & get half off hair cuts, was told«no expiration date, just bring them in & mention the phone call.» Well, promotion not honored of course. Stylist said our name was not on the«list» Ok. well, it’s just a few $$ off & I am already here so let’s just cut my son’s hair. * I got charged 2x for a kid haircut. I was told $ 12 when I walked in, got charged $ 14. Yup, got charged $ 142x I will save the best for last… –I was told my son had lice. looked like dandruff to me, but ok… Wanted to sell me a Lice kit, but I told them I would just take my son to the pediatrician. Stylist tells me, «don’t bother, pediatrician won’t see him» — really! I took my son to pediatrician 1 hour later… No lice, dandruff! Sorry, I am going with the Dr. on this one. Horrible! There are so many other salons to choose from so please do your self a favor & skip this one.

I had previously gone to the location in Narragansett, which was awesome! But one day I stopped in here with my 3 year old daughter just for a little trim & tidy up for her. This was not her first haircut, and normally she loves getting it done. & a $ 12 kids cut seems practical for little ones. When we came to this specific location I was so disappointed with the customer service. The woman who checked us in was less than inviting & seemed to be a little annoyed to speak to us becuase she was clearly cleaning up her station to go home. There was one other person there who was already in a chair & we still had to wait 15 minutes. When it was our turn, the woman didn’t even talk to my daughter first and just threw the cape over her & tried to get to work. Which any one who has children, can imagine this didn’t make a good first impression with my three year old. When my daughter didn’t want the cape on, or for this obviously unfriendly woman to comb her hair, the stylist said to, «I will just come back when you get her settled down.» and walked off. The way she said it was SO rude. I wish I would have left right then and there. Unfortunately I really needed her to get a trim that day for a family event that evening. When we were able to begin the haircut I told the stylist that we were trying to grow out her bangs and that I wanted to just angle them to the side to make it look a little cleaner. Within 20 seconds of that being said she cut them short and straight across. I understand you get what you pay for, and that this may not be a place specifically for children, but we are staying paying customers and deserve to be treated respectfully, not to be made feel like we are wasting someones time.

Staff is great. I’ve been there many times and have always got a good hair cut from them. They actually listen and make sure they are getting you the results your looking for
