I went in recently to have a watch repaired. The staff working there is pleasant and helpful. I was quoted at «somewhere between $ 40 and $ 80» to have the watch repaired. It ended up being at the very top of that estimate. Seemed a little pricey to replace the internals of what was probably a $ 15 watch. (Armitron face and bezel inside of a Silpada band). However, they did clean it and return it in better condition than I had dropped it off. I would go back again for jewelry needs.

I went in hoping to get an estimate on jewelry repair. Sadly the woman working the store didn’t acknowledge me. She was busy with another customer, but she should have at least said hi to me– I stood in the really small shop for at least 15 minutes before I left. It’s really a shame, I would have stayed if she at least acknowledged me. Oh well my business will have to go elsewhere.

Eloquence Jewelers designed my engagement ring, and I could have never dreamt of something more beautiful! But they not only carry rings! They have jewelry to suit almost every style.

I have interacted with the owner of this shop many times. He is always nice and courteous. He takes appreciation in the jewelry I have even though it is not anything special. They do any resizing and repairs on site.
I went in to look for a nice replacement for a wedding band I bought in my younger and poorer days. They did not push me to something in the case but were willing to listen to what I was looking for. They want to make sure I am happy so they will either design something or choose from already available designs that will fit my needs. I appreciate this approach and to not have to fight off the salesman side of the process to end up where I am trying to go.
They don’t have a huge selection but you get a personalized touch at this store.
