Called a few contractors in the area to get connected to the sewer. These guys called right back and were competitive with other quotes, but the customer service was better than expected. Told them I had a tight timeline due to closing on selling our home and they accommodated the request even with snow on the ground. The guys that did the job were very courteous and professional. They came back to further clean the yard even after I had already paid (try to get most contractors to do that…). Overall very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again in the future for septic service at our new home.

I had a bit of an emergency (wife was hours away from going into labor with our first child) and septic was backed up. I called on Sunday evening and got a callback very quickly. They had someone out to my house first thing the next morning. They pumped my septic, charged me the price that was quoted, and were quick and professional. Would highly recommend.

Your septic system isn’t something you really think too much about until you have a problem. We had a problem with ours and after reading the previous review from Dani G and striking out with my main plumbing & heating company and another national company I decided to give Diffley and Daughters a try.
Service was excellent, they had to come back a second time for service and both workers did a great job explaining what they would be doing, why it needed to be done and what it would cost me.
I’m really happy I found this company, I would suggest to anyone that has to deal with septic service give them a try.

Customer service is great. They were here as scheduled, did the dirty job and charged me what they had quoted over the phone. On a side note, the septic tchnician had a gallon sized jug of antibacterial hand sanitizer in the cab of his truck that i observed him to generously apply on himself before handing me my bill– nice!
