I have a problem shopping at this store. I always leave with my arms full of stuff not on my shopping list!
I love the wide variety of natural, non-​gmo and gluten free foods, herbs, oils, etc. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t hesitate to ask them questions. I find they’re experienced with most products or can refer someone who is.
Prices are competitive and they offer a rewards program for customers.

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this place. I’ve found the prices compatible to any other natural health food store that’s competing with Big Name businesses and keeping their head above water. friendly staff and trusted, well known brand names. Clean and well organized, bigger inside than the outside suggests.

Pricey, but not bad. Lot of alternatives and interesting things.

Family owned, local business that cares about their customers and the community. Hard working owners. Store has a great selection of food, supplements, body care, pet supplies and great, unique gifts!!! Excellent customer service. If they don’t carry something you need, they will try to special order it. They go above and beyond for their customers!

This place is great! I wish I knew about it sooner. They have a HUGE selection of gluten free goodies, including AJ bakery Birthday cakes. I was very impressed by their spread. My only complaint is that the layout of the store is a bit odd, and that I wish there was more to their ‘bulk’ section.

This family-​owned natural foods market has been a Main St. East Greenwich fixture –Helpful staff with a quality selection of groceries and health care items. They have recently added a small paleo section to cater to the recent trend of folks cravin’ caveman cuisine.
The veggies and fruits are organic but selection is often limited to what is local and fresh… in the winter’s colder months there often isn’t much to ponder. But… their standards are high and you will appreciate the offerings they do have.
I enjoy their expansive natural remedy section. Our family uses homeopathy and their stock is probably one of the best around.
You can basically find items here that you would find in a larger natural food grocer without the overwhelming aisles and aisles. They will even special order. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other whole food markets.
Also a great selection of gluten and nut free items!
Don’t be put off if they don’t seem overly into what you’re doing. Their vibe is to let you relax and browse… and help when it’s needed. Their recommendations are thoughtful and worthwhile.

I really love this place, it is a hidden gem! Everyone is so helpful and NOT snobby at all. I go here at least once a week for various items.

Not the best prices but the gluten free selection is outstanding. I had a hard time figuring out a rating for this business. There are some great products but the prices are much higher. I eat mostly Gluten Free so the choices here are amazing. On a special occasion I may go here instead of grabbing my GF pizza dough, but I would not use this as an everyday staple store.
Everyone in the store keeps to themselves so I don’t have much to comment on the staff, they were nice enough at check out.
They do offer cooking classes on a regular basis for a nominal fee. Rumor has it they are well worth the money (something to check out for sure).
I will keep coming back for a few key items I can’t find anywhere else.

Great little neighborhood find for those hard to find New Chapter vitamins and Biosil you can normally only find at whole foods. Small selection of organic foods and gifts, even cosmetics and pet care!!! They carefully monitor the shelf life which I love so when items get to be a few months away from the shelf life date they go on sale for 50% off. A steal if you are taking things regularly!!!
