McDonald’s

Yesterday my family wanted to eat at McDonald’s but every parking space was taken by nonpaying Taxi cab drivers. Every spot was taken and the drive-​through was so long. This makes me very upset when i am a paying customer.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever… They seriously need to work on the night shift, not enough employees, takes forever even for one cup of coffee… And on top if that, you order something and they don’t have it? Really…

Supper friendly and very quick. Not much of a reviewer but I have to give the employees here props for being so nice.

Slowest fast food there is period. 10 minutes for a cup of coffee, drive through our inside. Ridiculous.

I heard people were giving bad reviews to this McDonald’s. I said to myself all I wanted was a cup of coffee so how bad could it get. So I ordered my large coffee for a dollar at the drive thru. I paid and drove to the second window to pickup.
It was here where I was told there were no more large cups. I said can I have 2 small instead — thinking they would agree that 2 smalls equal a large. She said ok and can you pull up to the front.
I moved up and I actually saw they have built a waiting area for people waiting for their orders. I guess they could stop their service clocks since the customer is not actually waiting for service.
I waited for 5 mins — this for a cup of coffee. I was starting to think the people who gave them bad reviews may have something there. 10 mins later, someone came out, and with them, they brought out my coffee, which was in a large cup. LOL.

It’s faster to sit down in an actual restaurant than it is to get food at this location. Doesn’t matter if you walk in or go to drive thru. Sat at drive thru pickup window for 5 minutes before the woman opened it up and asked what I ordered. Better chance of winning lotto than them getting your order right.

Large french fries
Paid for it and went to the next window to pick up food and drink.
The sweet tea wasn’t sweet and my husband told the lady serving us. She clearly haves us the face like «so what» but she offered us a soda instead but my husband said no I ordered and wanted sweet tea. She shrugs and looks lost then walks away and then the manager comes to us and asks us if she can put more sugar and husband said yes.
We drove away and got safely home but then realized they didn’t give our large fries and we were already home. I drove back by myself to tell them they forgot to gives us our fries and that I wanted our money back, which the manager kindly did and apologized. Seriously though it got worst since my daughters milk was spoiled and it came with the happy meal. Their was an error the first time, then second and now third! The third mistake now involves my child since she was going to drink the milk but she told me it tasted funny, I tried it Bd husband tried it disgusting! I called them since I wasn’t going to waste gas again travelling over there and spoke to the manager who helped us the first and second time. She apologized again and will supposedly give me a free happy meal and gratuity card. Let’s see how that will go tomorrow when I go there.
This location really is bad, you know the saying in baseball 3 strikes your out! Yea this place gave us 3 strikes and needs to go!
I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s for months now and don’t ever want to eat at mcdonalds but my husband wanted the damn sweet tea and my kid was hungry so this was the only convenient place to go at a late hour. So disappointed and wish we never went in the first place. I can’t post this without a rating but my rating is definitely no star!

It was shocking how bad this experience really was. I speak pretty clearly but 3 drinks turned into 2. 3 cheeseburgers turned into 2. Diet coke turned into Dr. Pepper. No sauce for the nuggets. Luckily we checked the bag before we left. Don’t waste your time here

First off you get 1 star for being closely located by my neighborhood. Most of all the overnight chick «YOU SUCK» ordered a club chicken sandwich meal «NO Bacon» open up my sandwich and see bacon in it as a muslim not eating pork i should of came back around and threw the sandwich at your face ordered it crispy but my chicken was burnt and overcooked. Ordered a Hi C orange drink the Bird gives me a Coke, and ask for a barbecue sauce and she says we do not have any with an attitude. dont bring your negativity to a workplace your ass belongs on the unemployment line. you will never see me here again.

I come to this Mcdanolds on a regular Itz convenient located right of Astoria blvd, they recently underwent a complete renovation, reminds me of the Mcdanolds in Florida nice look for NY, the only beefs I got is the slow walk-​in service & they are always out of sweet tea. The walk-​in cashiers always looks lost behind the register. The reason for da 3 stars is, because the drive through service is a completely different story. They are fast and efficient, the funny thing is that the drive though gets triple the amount of traffic then da walk-​in does and of course the ice coffee… regular coffee bean… light & sweet got me addicted…

Sooo, my daughter wanted some McD’s and since I haven’t taken her there since Buck was a heifer, I said, eh, why not. I’ll get the kid some fries n’ nuggets. McDonald’s food literally makes me sick so I didn’t eat. But, I was thirsty so I got a drink. Took a couple of sips and then noticed this nastiness under the hood. Dirt all up under the lid. Nasty (expletive filled rant) clown food. Never again! Blech!
I’m throwing in an extra star cos the kid who took our order was nice and professional n’ all that good stuff. Then again, the dirt on the lid probably came from his hands… Generosity bonus star: REVOKED.

Horrible everybody is clueless here .only one guy was actually working kuddos to you sir with the tattoos.

Wow do yourself a favor and do not come here if you expect good service! The staff is rude and are noticeably pissed off!

This McDonalds went thru a MAJOR upgrade.
Looks so modern & the service is a 8−9÷10.
Food is the same NEVER had a complaint in this place.
Has a playground for kids and excellent seating.

Wow… Slowest drive-​thru EVER. I’ve been waiting 7 minutes. I went with fast food bc I’m in a rush! I’m really considering abandoning the ~$ 7.50 I paid and leaving!

Their drive-​thru service needs to get it together. Completely messed up my order. The remodel looks great but service needs a remodel too!

When you think it can’t get worse, it does. Slow service, wrong orders, and angry workers.

In the past, I usually went through the drive thru to pick up fries or a sundae to snack on. The service is pretty regular for a McDonalds. I wouldn’t say there’s anything outstanding about this location in particular.
If you’re in the area then this is the closes McDonald’s to you.

Sometimes i drop by here after dropping my son off at school to pick up a breakfast sandwich.
i can’t say no to a sausage McMuffin with egg… i know i know…
anyway so today i drive up and even pre-​check in cause i just want to run in and run out.
well… as i’m pulling up i see this LONG line of cars trying to get into the drive through.
ARGH… i was looking forward to the sausage McMuffin, ok so i look for parking… i figure i’ll just bypass all the cars in the drive through, i’m like ugh… lazy people can’t even get out of
their cars to get food, i know, very hypocritical of me being that i was going to do the same.
well anyway… i couldn’t even find parking. every spot, except the handicap spot, was full.
well being an able bodied young man i decided to just give up.
great…now i’m craving sausage McMuffin with egg…
normally this place is a good place to just stop by.
they also have this huge jungle gym for kids.
i know for sure that all Mc Donald’s aren’t created equal so
this place must be doing something right…

Mad ghetto McDonald’s! My friend lives around the block from here. We were doing some renovations to his kitchen at night and decided to get some McDonald’s. The moment we walked in, it was a crowd of scum bags making a whole lot of noise. I didn’t expect a long line and about 25 hoodlums hollerin at 2 females who were waiting on line in the middle of the night. It was a jungle!
