Pretty good bagels. Took about 5 minutes to get our order so it was pretty quick. Got a breakfast sandwich that was pretty good for a quick serve restaurant. I’d def go again.

I like bagels! I like Brueggers bagels and this one was very clean and the staff very friendly. I had plain bagel and plain cream cheese. The bagel was cook just right and the cream cheese did not have a hint of other flavors, as some places use the same spreader and mixes with the plain stuff(you know what I’m sayin, don’t pretend you don’t). I would return without hesitation. Bagel me up!

Yummy bagel sandwiches served with a side of attitude. The employees here seriously need to get over themselves. You work for a bagel shop. In a strip mall. In Eagan. Like, EHRMAGERD! Go to the Starbucks next door and save yourself the teenage drama. The customer service is cheerful and fantastic.

Great bagels, great coffee and great service. I had breakfast here every day last week when I stayed down the street from here on vacation. Avoid the unisex bathroom though, eww.

Dear Brueggers in the transit station: I’m a regular customer as we have work meetings that we get bagels for once or twice a week — your location is closest to our office so the bagels would typically come from there. As far as being a «regular» anywhere, this is about as close as it gets for me beside a grocery store or a gas station. Nothing wrong with the bagels, it’s all well and good there, but more to the point is the customer service. I was looking for a donation for a non-profit event — it’s not a problem if you say no, but please respond to customer’s requests. I have called several times and every time been told someone would get back to me. The event is now 3 days away — if you had just gotten back to me I could have pursued other avenues — or given someone authority who is actually at the store. Today I called two other brueggers locations that aren’t quite as close — they were able to tell me right away that they wouldn’t be able to help — with maybe a moment on hold. Also one is now taking requests for donation for late september — that’s really nice info when you are trying to plan an event. But I went in today to talk to you and gave all the information for a 4th time — and was then told that if we don’t get back to you, we aren’t interested. Well then why was i told someone would respond a month ago? I guess it is my bad for not pursuing other options when you blew me off, but I’m busy and it’s not something i think of every day when I’m told someone will respond. Horrible customer service. For my bagel buying needs will be hitting one of the other stores where they can at least respond to customer requests.
