Excellent food and service! Sit outside if weather permitting. Great atmosphere and live music!

Overall I wasn’t a fan. It’s nice that they are right next to a valet spot since there is no parking. The food was ok. I had the lasagna and since it was slices laying down all you got was mouthfuls of cheese or noodle is meat-not all together. There also seemed to be way to much meat in it. Our waiter couldn’t recommend anything he had never eaten the food.

Came here for lunch while visiting. Had the steak and spinach salad. Was very good. Service was very attentive even with the bartender being our server –He made every attempt to wait on us nicely even though he was supposed to be working behind the bar. He came back and forth to make sure our food was to our liking. I would return again!

Stopped in for lunch and sat outside on the patio. It’s charming! Had a delicious beet salad with shrimp and a good glass of wine. Service was great!

The pros: * The entrees were delicious. I had the walleye and my husband had the filet with a side of mac and cheese. The sauce on my fish was rich and full of flavor. I ended up dunking my spinach and the rice in it as well. * The ambience is nice– not too loud, but you can tell the customers are enjoying their time. Impeccable décor and spacious outdoor seating with live entertainment(at least on the Sunday that we went). The cons: * Wait time was unreasonable to me. We had reservations and waited over 10 minutes to be seated. It was Mother’s Day, but still. When we were seated outside, it was another 10 minutes for our water. It was too cold to sit outside, so we ended up moving. This also took awhile to get situated inside. When we were seated inside, it took a long time to get our drinks and order taken. *The gratis bread is just a loaf of white bread– not much to boast about. For the price of the meals, I think they can have better bread. Overall, a good experience.

Dublin has some decent choices for restaurants, but Tucci’s is a favorite when we are down here for business. There is a very solid wine selection as well as staff that is well versed & knowledgeable about the offerings and can guide choices as requested. For appetizers the calamari is very good and the«outrigger canoe platter» is a solid choice to give a bit of everything. Usually for the entrée I will order a filet Oscar style here — always a great choice, the bernaise sauce is always well done.

Such a good place! The goat cheese on the cheese board is good to split, so is the edamame. I ordered the harvest collins cocktail, grey goose pear vodka with st. germain. Was busy for a Wednesday night! Definitely one of my favorites.

Really excited to take my wife here for lunch given such positive reviews. Don’t want to be too critical but I was not impressed. The pot roast hash at Bob Evans is far superior to the $ 18 special I ordered. Not well seasoned, eggs weren’t cooked well. My wife’s Belgian waffle wasn’t exactly stellar either. The maple bacon was delicious. Staff was decent but not particularly friendly. Given how expensive the place is I expected a lot better and left quite underwhelmed. Update: I was contacted by management who apologized for my less than stellar experience. That’s good enough for me to give Tucci’s another shot. My wife insisting we go again doesn’t hurt their cause either.

My husband and I came to Tucci’s tonight because we wanted a nice restaurant for Valentine’s Day. We got just that, great ambiance and wonderful staff. Tonight the drinks were like 15−20% off but since we had already had some drinks before coming here we didn’t want any more. So we went straight for the main meal, my husband ordered off the Valentine’s Day special menu. He said the gnocchi was good. We also got the lobster bisque soup, my only suggestion is it lacks the amount of lobster a typical lobster bisque soup might have. Adding more lobster inside would make it so much better. I ordered the sesame walleye which was just wonderful. Paired with the shrimp ceviche is just a wonderful combination. The portion size was good and definitely filled me up. Most people wonder about the portion sizes because they will see a picture and think oh that’s too small but once they see it up close they may change their mind. My suggestion is to sort of justify the serving size if your going to take pictures in the future, for those who may be curious how much food they are actually getting. I personally didn’t take pictures to be respectful to the restaurant and manager here tonight. Altogether, this was a great place. I’m happy I tried it since it was on my list of places to try. It definitely didn’t disappoint me. I will also recommend it to my friends as well.

Mediocre at best. My wife and I agreed the wine and the bread were the best part about this place. Lobster bisque — horrible. Tasted like a paste. Tomato soup — good Walleye with civache — the rice tasted like it was made by someone that never made rice before. It was mushy and overcooked. The ceviche was a total joke. Frozen whole pieces of small shrimp mixed with some veggies. I am pretty certain the chef never tried ceviche before. Steak — mediocre Mushrooms on top of the steak — did they come out of a can? Mac and cheese — ok. Not enough seasoning Bread — 5 stars.

My boyfriend and I went to Tucci’s for my birthday(on a Monday). We walked in and were seated quickly without a reservation. Patrick was our server and he was PHENOMENAL!!! Seriously… he was the best server I’ve ever had. EVER. He was very thorough and knowledgable about the menu. My boyfriend ordered a steak, which was amazing. He said that it was one of the top 3 steaks he’s ever had. I ordered the Mediterranean pasta with shrimp, which was also great. The sides were great as well… we got green beans and mushrooms. Patrick ended up asking if we were celebrating anything and I told him that it was my birthday. He then said that I could pick a dessert off the menu and he would bring it out free of charge. This was unexpected and VERY nice! I ordered the crème brûlée and Patrick brought it to the table with a birthday candle! Overall, it was an amazing dinner and Patrick was awesome. I think I would go back just to see him! LOL!

My girlfriends and I ventured out to Dublin to check out Tucci’s for restaurant week. We were adamant on going somewhere with scallops, so we decided to try out luck here. I’m very pleased to say that we left more than satisfied. The restaurant has a bit of a classy ambiance, and the service is spot-on! Our server gave us enough time to get settled in before coming to take our drink orders, but never left us hanging/waiting for long periods of time(which is ALWAYS my #1 complaint of almost any restaurant in the Midwest). Although I didn’t get a drink, both of my friends said that their drinks were incredibly strong(and pretty reasonably-priced too) but still tasty, so props for that. For food, we ordered the following for our 3 courses: First course — Tucci’s Mussels or Lobster Bisque Second course — Seared Scallops or Filet Mignon Third course — Goat Cheese Cheesecake Each course was progressively better than the previous, which is pretty amazing considering that the first course was already really great. Everything was absolutely delicious, and you couldn’t have gone wrong with any of those options. The broth/soup base that the mussels came in was so good that we even dipped our bread in the soup just to get some more of that flavor. The lobster bisque is not skimpy at all with the minced lobster, and that soup is also great for dipping bread. Scallops are ample-size(you get 3) and perfectly seared, although I was less-than-impressed by the spaghetti vegetables that came with it(pretty flavorless and forgettable). Filet mignon is probably one of the better that I’ve sampled(was my friend’s order, and she gave me a bite to try), and the sides that came with it looked really good. As for the goat cheese cheesecake… let’s just say that I don’t think I’m ever going to be able to eat cheesecake anywhere else ever again. Hands down *the best* cheesecake I’ve had in a long, long time(if not ever). SOSMOOTH. SOCREAMY. SOBEAUTIFUL. SORICH. SO… okay, you get the point. I would come back just for this cheesecake alone. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if they ever have this as part of their normal dessert menu, but they should!

I made a reservation for three for restaurant week thinking my mom and stepdad were going to drive up Friday after work, well the great hyped snowstorm which never happened had them cancel, luckily my VP from work and her husband were free and they joined me. We arrived early and were greeted by the hostess and were told we were early, and I told her that’s what the reservation was under, she laughed and smiled. We were shown our table and greeted by the server. First course two of us ordered the mussels served in a jalapeño garlic butter broth, they were good mussels a the other ordered the lobster bisque and that was really good. Main course I ordered the scallops served with shredded brussel sprouts and they were good, they had a good sear on the scallops. The others ordered the filet mignon and veal parpadelle and claimed the filet was perfectly cooked. Dessert was a choice between goat cheese cheesecake and petite French silk pie we all chose to get desserts to go. I ordered the goat cheese cheesecake and had the next day, it was quite tangy from the addition of the goat cheese. When leaving the hostess made sure to say goodnight and recognize me by name. I will return to Tucci’s especially to check out the brunch menu.

Our experience at Tucci’s was superb. The food was absolutely delicious. Executive Chef Mike is an amazingly talented cuisine artist and the dishes he creates are stupendous. It server David was fabulous and knew exactly what we needed when we needed it. Definitely a great choice for restaurant week which they promoted, and just as great fit any other time frame. We’re definitely heading back soon.

I went here with my cousin for her birthday, which happened to be during restaurant week. I had the lobster bisque soup, 6oz filet mignon and goat cheese cheesecake. And a bottle of wine. Ha! Everything was great! The regular menu looked amazing!

My wife and I seldom get nights out and when we do we really want to make it good so we usually stick to our usual places. We decided to branch out and go to tuccis and it will now be one of regulars. The good was great and the server David was exceptional.

Tucci is a great local restaurant in Dublin, Ohio on high street surrounded by a lot of really good restaurants. I have almost never been disappointed with their seafood here. In the summer it is an especially fun place to hang out outside with music playing either at the restaurant itself or a neighboring restaurant. Expect to wait a bit on weekend evenings because it is quite popular. I like the hummus here as well as the calamari fries. But the steamed mussels are my favorite appetizers. The broth is really flavorful and I’d recommend scooping it all up by dipping bread. For the entrée’s, the chef’s catch is usually a choice where you can’t go wrong. The sesame walleye is usually quite good as well, and when they have it, the sea bass is outstanding. I try to stick to the seafood here, but have also tried to short ribs, which are delicious. It is really nice to have such a quality restaurant in the Dublin area.

One of my favorite locations to dine out. We’ll except for last weekend. There were 4 of us in our party and went to the bar for drinks. Greeted by some gal that was rude and not a nice person overall. Thank god our table was ready and we did not have to deal with her. Sat down waitress came over and was friendly but again not very nice. Had the chicken special which was horrible. Overall disappointing meal and service.

It just seems old. Like this is a restaurant for people 50 + years old. 1) I dislike any restaurant that requires me to wait even when I have a reservation — ok you’re busy, great — at least we were able to get some drinks at the bar. This probably doesn’t bother some people, but it’s a huge pet peeve. It’s just a little dated. The menu is too heavy and not particularly creative or fresh. It just comes across as stuffy. I’m sure it’s better during the warmer months with the patio. Service was very good, but for price there are so many better, newer places to eat at around Columbus.

We first went to Tucci’s for Restaurant Week last January. This is an account of that visit. We had passed this place several times and it’s been somewhere I’ve wanted to try. They are known for steaks and seafood. Parking is a little tight in downtown Dublin, but we found plenty of spaces in the far back lot. My first impression going in was this place was rather fancy and very professional. The tables were a little cramped together, but some may describe this as cozy. We were seated in the front area, so I’m not sure what the rest of the restaurant is like. It was a Friday night and the place was bustling. The waitress brought us a bread bowl with olive oil/herb/balsamic vinegar dipping sauce. The bread was thick cut and surprisingly spongy. We loved it, but I wish the waitress had not brought out a second bowl. I got the clam chowder, filet with yukon gold mashed potatoes, and the french silk pie. My husband got the steamed mussels, the same filet, and the crème brûlée. Our appetizers were outstanding. My clam chowder was slightly spicy and chocked full of clams and potatoes. His mussels were tender and the broth was super flavorful – good for dipping the bread into. The highlight of our meal was the filet and mashed potatoes. My husband said it was the best steak he’d had in a while. We both really appreciated the usage of yukon gold potatoes in the mashed potatoes. So much more buttery tasting than regular potatoes. Because of the bread we’d eaten earlier and the soup/mussels we had a hard time finishing our main courses. I might have left a bite or two of potato. Luckily our desserts were small. The crème brûlée was pretty standard. My chocolate silk pie was creamy and delicious. We’ve been back to Tucci’s twice since then – once for brunch and once for dinner. At brunch, I had the croissant sandwich with fruit and hashbrowns. I remember it was delicious. The time we had dinner, I had a fish dish with a shrimp ceviche salad and jasmine rice. I was very impressed by the dish. The sauce really went well with the fish and I loved the ceviche.

I went to Tucci’s on 2 different occasions, one for a happy hour and one for brunch, so I’ll give 2 separate mini reviews. Happy hour: 3 stars. The bar is very nice and the bartender was attentive, but the prices were expensive for a happy hour, and I wasn’t overly impressed with the hummus and pita we ordered. We asked the bartender for more pita, and she charged us an extra $ 1 for that… kind of disappointing. Brunch: 5 stars. I came with a fairly large group of 12 for a friend’s birthday, and I was very impressed with the server’s ability to keep up with our drink/food orders. We even had members of our party leaving early and arriving late, and she still did her best to make sure everyone got their food on time. The food was absolutely delicious, and I wanted to try one of everything! Several others ordered the various types of eggs benedict(they have 3 different twists on them!) and they looked AMAZING. I tried the French toast and the ham and asparagus omelet, and both were huge portions. They could both easily be shared between 2 people. Overall: 4 stars. I like the ambiance of Tucci’s, it gives off a very classy vibe, but it can be a little intimidating if you’ve never been. For a bunch of 20-something’s walking through the door for the first time, some were concerned that brunch was going to break the bank. In reality, that was not the case, and I would reccomend Tucci’s to anyone looking for a place to eat in Old Dublin. I will definitely be back!

Eggs Benedict Review(ate here for brunch): Scale 1 – 10 with 10 being best 10 — Eggs poached soft(cooked perfectly) — served with 3 eggs; 10 — Hollandaise Sauce — excellent, but needed 1 extra lemon juice wedge(my personal preference), also seemed more like it was made with heavy cream instead of just eggs, butter lemon and salt — super delicious though; 9 — Thin sliced Canadian Bacon; 10 — English Muffin — not bad not great… probably off the shelf; 10 — Service; 10 — for the excellent fresh berries too! Plenty of parking in back. No wait. Best Eggs Benedict in Dublin, OH and probably Columbus OH.

Went just for drinks with friends. The prices were typical but the taste was exceptional! I had the red sangria and a cranberry martini. Both were delicious! Our waiter was very pleasant. The patio and live music was a nice touch. It wasn’t overbearing or distracting, but offered a nice backdrop to the lovely set up. Can’t wait to go back and try their food!

Expecting the exceptional, that Tucci’s has delivered before, I guess shouldn’t be the expectation for ‘carry away’ food. Next time, I’ll dine in. And I’m sure I’d get my 4 star feelings back.

I wandered in on a weekday afternoon, and felt a little out of place. I was on my way to work, by myself; this is more of an upscale, social place. It’d be a great date spot or business lunch place. Pretty much an ideal wine bar. The décor is warm and dark, and it’s fairly small. Service was good, with a small flaw I’ll get to. The food was excellent. They bring out some bread and dipping oil; good, not great. The bread was way too doughy; I think it needed a bit longer in the oven. I started with lobster bisque, which was excellent. Creamy, rich with flavor, and lots of shredded lobster on top. There were a lot of interesting things on the menu; I went with the Gorgonzola burger, since I didn’t have to worry about my breath. Cheese, pickled onions, a great bun, fresh veggies, a perfectly-cooked burger, large and full of flavor. Sided with good fries, and a great salad– I picked the arugula, with candied walnuts, figs, great greens, etc. After I got my soup(very quickly) I waited half an hour for the burger. Seriously. I mean, I got it well done(steak rare to medium, thanks, but ground meat– cook it,) but it does not take that long to make a burger. I think it was a fluke. The waiter apologized a couple of times. I made it to work on time, and it all worked out. But I wish they’d said what was going on, and maybe brought the salad while I waited. Anyway– it’s a great place. Excellent food. Good service. A bit pricey, but really not bad for what you get.

We were a group of four and we had a very nice dinner on the patio. We all ordered different items and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the Sesame Walleye which was perfectly prepared and the sesame seed crust and the sauce added a lot of flavor to the fish. The Silk Pie was a delicious dessert. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Excellent homemade pasta. Can’t beat the 9 $ lunch special. Fig salad and angel hair with chicken was a perfectly portioned and creative lunch. I’d pay more for much less at many chain restaurants. Theirs a free parking lot behind the restaurant. This place is a gem in downtown Dublin.

Tried this place for restaurant week and I will definitely be coming back again! It was on the $ 30 prix fixe menu and given that I often don’t get an appetizer or dessert for myself I decided to indulge a little bit. The restaurant had an awesome patio, and there was a live band playing some sweet jazz tunes so we decided to sit out there. The waiter was prompt and having never been there before he explained how everything on the menu was house made from the salad dressing to the breads to the chocolate mousse desserts. For dinner I had the clam chowder to start which was awesome. Had a nick kick of lemon to it as well which I’ve never had in my chowders before. For my entrée I had the veal meatloaf which was just WOW. Super tender meatloaf with a nice sweet candied maple crispy exterior. It was a generous portion served over a mushroom gravy with mashed potatoes and green beans. I loved every bite of this dish. For dessert the waiter recommended the white chocolate mousse with fresh berries which was made in house. It was definitely amazing and not too sweet. It was also a huge portion, easily enough for 2 – 3 people. Tucci is a great restaurant in the heart of downtown Dublin and I will definitely be back again!
