Best jimmy johns! Bread is always good, staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend this location!

I will never go to any other Jimmy Johns besides this one. The staff is friendly, always happy and having fun. The place is always super clean, and the quality of the food I feel is so much better than the other JJ locations. Never once messed up my order, I always add stuff and get extra of it and take stuff off, super impressed!

I’ve been to many jimi johns and I had to give this one the most stars just because of their service. Super friendly and helpful staff. If you have a choice — go to this one.

I am a fan of Jimmy John’s but did not have a good experience here.
The restaurant was pretty dirty and we had to clean off the table and benches ourselves. We had trouble finding the hidden napkins to do so.
When ordering, the person serving us was a little bit slow– we were totally fine with that but the person next to her said «Sorry– she’s new» which I felt was a little embarrassing for the person working. I was disappointed that after repeating my order three times that it still ended up wrong– it had cheese on it when I asked for no cheese. Then when I brought it back they just opened it up and started taking the cheese off the sandwich. I must have made a weird face because they asked me «Is it OK if I just take off the cheese?» and then they added several more things that were missing from the sandwich before– I don’t know if now I had double dressing and oregano or if that was missed the first time too. It just didn’t feel very professional or like good customer service. There was a half-​hearted «sorry».
Also, the music was super loud and really heavy. It was distracting.
I do think the food at Jimmy John’s overall is really good and the chips are great too. I appreciate that they offer Cherry Coke.
I will not be back to this location but will visit other locations.

Typical Jimmy Johns, which is a good thing.
Only bad thing is almost every time I order outside of the norm they mess it up.
For example today I asked for no tomatoes and to add avocado.
I received a sandwich with tomatoes and no avocado, which I had paid for of course.
This doesn’t stop me from continuing to come but from now on I’ll be checking to make sure my order is right before I leave especially when I’m paying for extra stuff and not getting it.

Didn’t participate in «Customer Appreciation Day» on 9 June 11 so if they don’t ‘appreciate’ their customers they don’t deserve my business.
