Greater Dickson Gas Authority

Wow!
Our family just moved to Charlotte, TN to an older home (read: little to no insulation and drafts galore) with a propane heating unit. So I called around to numerous propane companies in the area last Thursday to get current rates and time frames for hook-​up.
After calling 4 or 5 different places, I found that the friendliest people were the Greater Dickson Gas Authority. Not only were they extremely friendly and helpful, but they also had the best rates and earliest time for hook-​up.
I drove down Thursday morning to pay for the tank rental and sign a service contract. I was impressed with their showroom full of beautiful gas fireplaces, grills and other appliances (even an outdoor gas lamp post!). Mr. Brown got us all set up quickly and was able to schedule the tank drop and fill for Monday! Other places said it could take as long as 3 or 4 weeks!
The two gentleman who came to drop the tank and hook up the line were very friendly and knowledgeable. They found that a very important piece to my heating unit was not connected and immediately called to place a work order for me. They also showed me how to turn the valve off in case we ever smelled gas and how to check the meter so I know when to call for service.
About 5 minutes after they finished up I received a phone call from the office letting me know that they received the work order and they would have someone out next Monday to service and clean my heating unit. She informed me that this service is free and I could call each year before turning our unit on to have them come and clean and service it and it would always be free!
I am so impressed with the customer service I have received from Greater Dickson Gas Authority and highly recommend them!
