Chick-fil-A

Just walked into this store and someone had just thrown up right in front of the registers. Staff were throwing paper towels on top of the vomit laughing. They were spraying around it but no one was actually cleaning it up. Watched this go on for several minutes before I left, no one came up to me to take my order, my only option was to walk through the vomit. Disgusting, please get it together chick fila. Came inside because of how long the drive through line was.

Do you like to be addressed by rude cashiers and people who hate their lives? Do you enjoy repeating yourself, MULTIPLE TIMES? Well there’s good news for you then because this chic fil a is the place for you! I am overall DISGUSTED with the service. From the nonchalant attitude of the drive thru cashier to being brushed off by what appeared to be the owner/​operator. I asked for fries 6 times!!! I was running late and came out of my way specifically for a #7 before they stopped serving breakfast and oh yeah, I wanted Fries! Well I get my food and pull off when I discover that the nincompoops have given me hashbrowns. They DID NOT LISTEN. Two managers were there when I walked in to change them out and he gave me a small fry when it was supposed to be a medium! Did he ask me the size? No. Did he apologize? No. Did he offer me a coupon to invite me back (which most locations do)? No. He was too busy chatting on the phone to handle a customer concern. Thanks for nothing. I’ll be going to the one off of El Dorado now because this chic fil a location CAN HAVE NO MORE OF MY MONEY!

We come to this location once a week, solely because that’s my son’s request because he likes to come on their family night Tuesday’s.
The food is great for fast food, I don’t eat fast food besides chick-​fil-​a.
My complaint is that they have some very strange and disrespectful kids working here. I worked at the old Bay Area location in high school and the owner there ruled that place with an iron fist — which thinking back was great because we never had an attitude and were always on the ball.
I think the staff needs more training and management that is better at keeping them on task. One of the kids (his name is Shelby — and just noticed he’s got a previous complaint on here from another Unilocaler so this kid really needs to be let go) dropped my cup as he was getting our drinks and proceeded to pick it back up and start filling it up. I asked him if he just used the cup he dropped (not really a question as much as it was pointing out I saw what he did) and he tried to play me for a fool and said he switched it real quick. No, dude. I wasn’t born yesterday. Had a different girl get me a new drink.
There are some interesting characters to be had here. Too many people are in need of jobs to keep people who don’t care about working employed. We will likely start going to another location because there is never an improvement.

Makes it hard to «just pull around and park» after going thru the drive thru when the place is packed around the corner of the parking lot. Ordered a coffee, they didn’t tell me they were having to brew the coffee, then we picked up the food at the drive thru window and were told to «just pull around and they’d bring it out to us». There was literally no room to do this, so we just left without the coffee. Next time, just say it’s not brewed and I’ll pass on ordering it.

Loving coming to this location. Great customer service. Fast food service is amazing. Lines are long, but they got food service down pact. Enjoyed the large ice dream come. It really hit the spot. Diet lemonade is delicious. Spicy chicken deluxe was very satisfying. No bad review from me.

Let me start off by saying we’ve always had a great experience here. Today not so much. I understand that this is a place of business and they cater to everyone. The play place with the slides to my knowledge are open to all ages of children (I’ve never seen a sign that had an age limit) my boys are 8 and 7. Today there were 2 – 3 children maybe within the ages of 12 months to 18 months playing in the facility. While my mother and I were ordering lunch a male employee was speaking to them and two other children that were 6 – 8 years in age. My oldest comes back from playing and tells me that the older kids have been kicked out of the play place. I completely understand the safety for the smaller children but what I don’t understand is why you would have children that were incapable of pulling themselves up to play in the facility. My children weren’t messing with them, they were cautious of the smaller kids. Except these 4 older children had to stop playing. I’m not upset but children are that’s whom you have to answer to.

This place was so dirty today. Flies buzzing people’s food. Smell of garbage from the overflowing trash cans. Floor and tables were dirty. Ladies bathroom was dirty. Good grief! I’ve never seen such a nasty chick-​fil-​a in my life as this one was today. What’s going on? New manager?

This restaurant is amazing!!! Great customer service, friendly associates, and always use my name to show that I’m a valued customer. This location always has 2 associates taking orders with iPads in the drive thru! I can go on for days about the impressive service here. It’s always consistent!

This is the worst Chick-​fil-​A that I’ve ever been to bad customer service staff horrible food quality has gone down the tube strongly recommend that you do not go to this Chick-​fil-​A

I love Chick Fil A a lot and will keep coming here since it’s the closest one to Galveston, but this one has had the most mistakes and lukewarm service on numerous occasions out of any I have been too. Definitely eat at Chick Fil A, but if another is closer I’d go there.

Got there for breakfast at 1032 and they said breakfast ended at 1030. Way to serve your customers.

Horrible. I say a small prayer every time I get breakfast there, hoping the food will be edible and the tea won’t taste like dirty dish water (not joking). I love Chick fil a, but this location is awful. The staff and manager are all young and do not care about customer service. You will wait forever for food while the staff stands around gossiping about each other or goofing off. The manager, don’t know his name, but he’s a young guy, is the worst of all. Almost every time I see him, he is either on his phone or goofing off with employees. Ridiculous.

First time for this to happen at any Chick!
And I had to remind the guy who gave us our food that he forgot half the order.

To standards and beyond. Looks like a new restaurant. Extremely busy, but moving customers through quickly.

I love that, no matter how crowded Chick-​fil-​A is, they have their serving down like a well oiled machine!
Love their CharGrilled Chicken Club Sandwich! A nice chunk of chicken on a bun, with bacon, provolone, lettuce, tomato & pickle! The pickles tend to be a bit salty, but after all, they are pickles!
I also love the diet lemonade … kind of makes me feel like I’m being «good» when in reality I’m eating carbs.

There breakfast items are small and usually extremely dry tasting. I was not happy with what I was serviced. The bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit meal was not as good as Whataburger across the street in taste. The eggs seemed packaged and the bacon was over cooked. The biscuit was as dry as the Desert.
My wife can’t stand their breakfast items and ordered lunch. Hers was perfect and she stated that it tasted as good as normal. I guess avoid breakfast from Chic-​Fil-​A is the the tip here.

Always a good place to eat lunch. The employees that work at this location always friendly and helpful.

They are always very nice here as they ate at all CFAs and the food is very good. The location is good but as of right now it’s main road is under construction so it’s very hard to get to. Take walker or coming from the south take the first entrance instead of using the light. Also, they are so good that a crowd usually forms and the lines get long. Don’t go during peak hours.

Every time I come to Chick-​fil-​A the employees always take the extra step to be kind and courteous to all the customers. We are always greeted when we walk in the restaurant. If they are not busy then they will bring your food to your table and offer to refill your beverages throughout the meal.
In my opinion the chicken sandwiches served at Chick-​fil-​A are some of the best that you can get at a fast food restaurant. The chicken is always juicy and cooked just right, never dry. The waffle fries are good most of the time. There have been some times where they are not as crispy as one would like, but as I seem to finish my wife and kid’s fries I do not think I mind too much.
The play area for the kids has a strange smell, but the kids do not seem to mind. Usually when it is just my son and myself I let him play in there until I am ready to leave.
Sometimes the Chick-​fil-​A cow will wander the restaurant and try to interact with the kids. Although hugs and waves will wear out the cow’s presence pretty fast since the cow does not talk to the kids. After the kids wave and hug the cow they seem to have a «what now?» face. I simply just shrug my shoulders and keep eating my chicken sandwich. The cow eventually takes a hint and moves on to the next table of eagerly awaiting kids.
Overall good food, friendly people, and great service keeps me coming back to Chick-​fil-​A.
