Today I popped in at Which Wich by the house to grab a quick lunch for me and my husband before I went back to work. Or so I thought. The order was only 2 sandwiches and it took 2 people 15 minutes to complete them, even though they were not having to fulfill other orders. I was ultimately late back to work. The girl at the register was really nice, and made me a free sample of their red velvet shake so I could try it, so I can’t be too mean. The food itself is usually pretty good. My go-to is the buffalo chicken, and that hits the spot, but today I tried to venture out and got the chicken cordon bleu. Bad decision. The ham on it was insanely salty and overpowered the whole sandwich! I think next time I will stick with what I know is good.

Extremely slow service. There is short, young woman working there, white, had purple hair, and she was very unfriendly and snippy. I waited 23 minutes for two of the small sandwiches to go.

Amazing service, perfectly constructed sandwich, food tastes fresh and promotions are good ones. Super friendly staff too!

I walked in and was instantly greeted cheerfully. An employee stepped out to help me and I explained that I am a vegetarian who had never been there before. He happily showed me my options and let me know his favorite off the vegetarian menu. I took a little long to make my sandwich, but it tasted great when I eventually got it. Will eat here again!

The service at this location has been really hit or miss over the last couple of years. I know that they changed ownership, but that’s really no excuse. Today, my husband went to get a to-go order and I got a bowl which. How hard is it to put the toppings that are checked off on the bag into the actual bowl? Well apparently it’s extremely difficult here, as I was missing half the toppings I requested.(The pictures I have previously posted look nothing like what I got today. Wish I would have taken another picture … laughable). What I ended up with was very little spinach and some turkey, mushroom, and a couple of onions and pickles. The bowl was literally only half full. This was drastically different than any other time I’ve ordered the bowl which … as it’s generally topped off with so many ingredients and presented well. Today’s bowl looks as though someone just threw a handful of spinach, turkey and mushrooms into the bowl. When I called, they let me speak to the manager(who I think is actually the owner) and he asked which bowl I got. Well, um, turkey … how many bowls have you actually made today? So he said I could come in and get a free one. Well here’s the thing, we had a buy one get one free coupon that HE previously gave to us when he was there and for no apparent reason. I honestly feel this is why my bowl was so skimpy … if you don’t want to make it to the same standard as if I had paid, then don’t hand out BOGO coupons at your own volition. I would have rather had paid for the bowl than have a sub par one made because it was free. I actually had to come home and add my own tomatoes(because there were none, even though it was checked on the bag) and additional spinach. My husband gave me 2 cucumbers off of his sandwich because, again, there were none even though it was checked. I started getting the bowl wich because when I previously got the sandwich in a lettuce wrap, the worker made it all raggedy by piecing small pieces of lettuce together instead of larger pieces. Seriously??? Extremely disappointing because we really are lacking any good sub shops in League City … I fear the future of this place is doomed.

Best sub chain there is. So many choices and their French Dip and Thanksgiving Sandwich(turkey dressing cranberry) is a treat. Love their elevated fountain choices like flavored green tea. Cookies rock too, and so do ice cream sandwiches!

This place is way better than any Subway! My sandwich was good. My wait wasn’t too bad considering it was a rush during lunch. Staff wasn’t very friendly but that comes with people being under pressure. Definitely will be eaton here again!

Poor service. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than doing their job. They sometimes called customers names when their sandwich was ready and sometimes didn’t. By the time I got my hot sandwich, it was cold.

THe WORST which wich I’ve ever been to. Took 20 min to make my sandwich. Only one girl working until another worker sluggishly walked in and helped her. That only slowed her down because they were sitting behind the counter talking and laughing. Whoever manages this restaurant needs to rethink their employees. TERRIBLE.

This is the worst Which wich I’ve been to. I love the restaurant but not at this location. I don’t know what they put in my sandwich but it was definitely not what I had checked off. My sandwich wasn’t toasted and was really soggy. I didn’t ask for anything on my sandwich that could possibly make it soggy. Now, excuse me while I go wash my mouth out. I need to get this taste out.

Today is the first time I’ve eaten at a Which Wich, so my rating speaks only to the Pastrami Ruben with extra sauerkraut and thousand island I had. It was excellent. I dinged them one star because the dressings were not distributed throughout the sandwich. Rather they were pretty much concentrated on top. ___ We’ve Eaten Out Every Meal for 25 years

there’s no sandwich at which which that would ever possess me to give this location even one star, but because Unilocal is gracious enough-i am forced to. i have never had service as bad as this place provided. i walked into the door, no greeting. i’m thinking, «whatever! they must be busy.» i passed a girl sweeping the floor outside and she didn’t even say hello(i thought she worked next door!). i finished writing my order on my bag and stood at the counter for a solid 3 – 4 minutes when the girl yells«just give me one second!» from the door while continuing to sweep. WHAT?! lol i’m on my lunch break dude. seriously? the dirt on the floor is more important than your customers, i got it. THEN. she came to check me out with the(excuse my language) shittiest attitude EVER. «is that all?» yeah? oh, how much is a bag of chips? «a dollar.» okay i’ll take that. «is that all?» yes, please? THEN. she didn’t even wash her hands before she started making my sandwich. dude. really? and the just set my sandwich on the table when she was walking my way. couldn’t you have just handed it to me? the 3 girls working in this place all greeted another guest. a white woman. i never like to pull the race card but im not white, im indian. i walked toward the door and no one said thank you or have a great day or ANYTHING? i normally am a very nice person but before i left, i had to scream thank you! so that they knew how indebted i am to them for providing me the crappiest service i’ve ever received in my life and a mediocre ass sandwich.

sandwiches are pretty good, not as cheap at jimmy johns or subway but better food, same price range as scholotzies or potbelly will say the ordering system, writing on the bags is just annoying/gimmicky but guess they have to do something to be different probally will go back, the italian sub i got was really good

I don’t really like the system of calling out names when the sandwich is ready because when visited yesterday there were only 2 employees and it was very busy. The young man making the sandwiches seemed nervous and just said the names in a normal tone. Then several people would come up to the window and try to see if it was their sandwich. As busy as this place was at 12:30 on a weekday they needed more help because the sandwiches were way backed up and I could see people getting aggravated and someone who can shout loud enough for people in the front of the store to hear My sandwiches always seem to be lacking something I can’t put my finger on it yet. I do like this place and the no meat options available. I think it’s their bread that is not my favorite but by no means bad. I will keep coming here when I get tired of my usual sandwich shops to change up my routine.

I love Which Wich. It was always one of my go-to sandwich shops in Denver. I only thought they were in Colorado and was pleasantly surprised to find them here. We got here around 1 in the afternoon and wrote our orders on the cute little brown bags. They have so many different kinds of sandwiches, toppings, and they even have milkshakes! Normally I would give them 5 stars but they were extremely understaffed and slow at this location. We waited for 20 minutes for our sandwiches which is not normal. Normally they are so fast. Besides that, the service was really friendly and the location was clean.

I wish I lived closer to this place. They greeted me as I came in the door, was super friendly, and even checked to see if I wanted a refill. The cashier was friendly and attentive. The guy making the sandwiches was wearing a yellow blazer and a yellow fedora. He was definitely a character. The bathroom was spotless. My only reservation was the parking which was kind of tight and full. I can see parking being an issue at times. They can’t help it, since it’s a busy strip.
