Sub-par melted yogurt and the employees look at you like your bugging them. The friend with me got a smoothie and said it was pretty good. Just stay away from the yogurt

Very rude. I was stabbing their trying to purchase salami and cheese and the man kept ignoring me and serving people behind me.

This was such a sweet treat, & the lady on staff was nice & helpful. I got the«Feelin’ Peachy» smoothie for $ 5.83 – not too bad for airport food. It was just what I needed for missing my flight thanks too my poor navigation skills around the DFW Airport.

The Oh Kale smoothie ingredients are wrongly represented on the menu– They don’t use fresh«raw» greens, it’s a green powder. The staff was really apathetic

The product is good but the girl there doesn’t know the meaning of customer service! She was chitchatting with someone about her family while I was trying to order a smoothie before my flight. Very disappointed.

healthy-ish option for smoothies, yogurts etc. to help break up the usual greasy or unhealthy food at an airport. Nice variety.

Best yogurt and smoothie place in terminal C. Staff is very pleasant and on the ball. Choices are good. Compared to the other two yogurt places in Terminal C there is always a longer line here but they keep it moving fast.

Perfect spot for a light snack before my flight back home. I got the plain yogurt(large) with 3 toppings($ 5.79), and a bottled water($ 2.25). The yogurt was decent, but nothing stood out about it that I remember. I like my yogurt a bit tangy, and although this didn’t come close, it was the best I was going to get in an airport.

They have smoothies and fro-yo. I totally agree with the person who said it was like a combo of Jamba Juice and TCBY. That’s totally what it is. I went to the location at C36 in DFW.

Almost all syrup and basically no real fruit in the smoothies. My pineapple, coconut, kiwi smoothie had a touch of pineapple and the rest was sugary syrup flavoring and ice. I threw it away and ate at the Subway down the terminal. I cannot speak for the frozen yogurt but their smoothies are no bueno.

I stopped at the Freshens near gate E35 a couple weeks ago, on my way home from a business trip, and got a sandwich and a couple other things. I honestly don’t remember the food that much, though I think it was relatively good(certainly a notch above most of the other options there like McDonalds). However, after I got back and submitted the expense report, I was informed by our accounting folks that although I had a credit card receipt for the purchase, I was missing the required itemized receipt(yay for corporate red tape). It was my fault for not making sure I got the right receipt, and I figured I was probably out of luck. But I found an email address for customer service on Freshens’ corporate site and gave it a try. To my surprise, in less than 90 minutes, I had a response back with my itemized receipt! So good food plus above-and-beyond customer service = 5 stars.

Being the only smoothie place in the airport that I can ever find makes this my vote for the best smoothie place in DFW airport! Sure, dude at the desk is a bit lackadaisical and never fills my smoothie cup to the top, but it’s a SMOOTHIE, at an airport. I always try to stop on my way back home from a trip to hydrate and reward myself for not choking anyone out on the airplane. Perfect record! A bit pricey for what it is, but they do have three low calorie options(the sign on the wall says they’re about 70 calories, for some unknown serving size), and the strawberry one is pretty deliciously fruity and not overly dairy-laden. Free boosts, but they end up making the whole thing taste chalky so best to avoid unless you’re heading to the gym and need some kind of protein power powder solid flavor injected into your body.

It’s fro-yo, but not the Pinkberry tart kind. This is the sweet, ice creamy TCBY kind of fro-yo. If you like that, you’ll be fine with Freshens. For a place in the airport, it’s honestly a pretty good value — the regular cup is quite large and comes with up to three toppings for about $ 4.25. If you get fruit, it’s by far the healthiest thing on offer in the concourse. I wouldn’t say the staffers here were overly friendly, but they weren’t surly either. Travel is hard — why not treat yourself to a little frozen goodness if you have the time?

i tried the Freshens near C6. they had four frozen yogurt flavors. the old school vanilla yogurt is quite okay. the tart froyo hits the spot and is pretty large for $ 3.10 on a waffle cone. the waffle cone itself is not very good. service is great and i will come again when i am stranded in Dallas airport.

Very very good smoothies and they keep the line moving. I really like the selection list, however it’s so extensive it’s almost too hard to choose. I like that you can add some powders in for some extra boost but I avoid those for worry of taste. I can’t really compare to other smoothy places, but this one was plenty tasty when I was quite thirst.

It’s a soothie & yogurt stand in an airport terminal. So what if it’s not jamba juice. The customer still get to see their frozen fruits and yogurt and ice blended into a nice smoothie. It’s not a mind blowing smoothie but it’ll hit the spot if your not in the mood for chilis, tgif, or pizza hut in the morning. $ 6+ for 32oz smoothie

I hate that 3 stars means A-OK, but it looks so lackluster with those 2 empty stars sitting there. I was happy with my mango drink, but it could have been a little bit better. It was cold and the ice was crushed perfectly. I wasn’t impressed with my choise of boosters. Maybe I wished it tasted more of mangoes. A regular is $ 5; or get a large for $ 1 more. The guy(Islam) was friendly and they offer employee discounts(a cheap 10%). I would certainly return when in DFW and in the mood for a nice cold and mostly filling smoothie.

Freshens is sort of like Jamba Juice meets TCBY. It specializes in smoothies and froyo. It is headquatered in Atlanta, and a lot of its franchise locations are in southeast airport terminals like Atlanta Hartsfield, DFW, Houston, etc. This tiny shop is between gates E5 and E7(United Airlines terminal gates, across from the Continental Airlines Presdent’s club), in a mini food court that is a fast food lovers wet dream. Besides Freshens, there is a Taco Bell and a Burger King. Freshens Yogurt is definitely old school, with this location only serving Vanilla or Chocolate, and none of that Asian tart flavors taking over the west coast. They call it «Thrive» frozen yogurt, with active bifidus probiotics. A medium cup is $ 3.29, and it is a large cup. They also have«Microblast» candy blasted yogurt. This looks a bit like a Blizzard from the DQ; and a «Javaboost»…a Frappacino-like frozen coffee, in regular or light. They also have milkshakes. For smoothies, they have milk, orange or fruit based options, including an Acai berry.
