This place should be shut down, apartments not to code, no dishwashers, and rat traps everywhere (why would you show an apartment to someone interested in renting and there are rat traps everywhere). Broken windows that the manager said he would not fix until he receives a deposit to rent the space (shady). Manager gave me a hard time the whole time I was viewing the apartments like I was wasting his time (or clearly he knew his apartments were crap and I would not lease there anyways). Do not waste your time here, tenets were telling me how bad the building was after I completed my walkthrough without me even asking. Plus they wanted up to $ 900 a month for a space that should be worth more than $ 600 on a good day.
