Never has silver noodles makes you wait and then acts like your the problem
Needs to improve service

Unfortunately Since Nancy left this place has gone to the dumps. It’s disgusting, I called the health department on them today. Hopefully this will be a wake up call. Here is why I finally went to the extreme.
The last three times that I have purchased food here it has been old and cold. Completely disgusting! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe I was coming at the wrong time of the day. So I started coming in at different times, and each time the result was the same.
Today was the last straw. I went in with my brother and ordered 2 plates and spring rolls. I sat down to eat and my first bite of noodles were cold, soggy and bland. Not even warm! They were almost out of noodles at the time so I figured it was just older. So I moved on to my chicken, again cold. I had enough, I had to say something. I’m a manager of a restaurant and I know what temperature food is supposed to be kept at.
I walked up to the counter and told the woman that I was not satisfied with my food, and that it was cold to the touch. She looked at me and said, «ok, I can put it in the microwave for you. «I’m sure my eyes bugged out of my head at that point. She wasn’t even the slightest bit concerned. I told her that this was a health code violation and that it should be addressed. She just said that the steam table was on. I told her that she should probably turn it up and make sure that she is using the right light bulbs. She completely blew me off and handed me $ 4. And some change. I was baffled! I had just spent close to $ 20 and she handed me $ 4! I told her I was going to call the health department if she didn’t look into this issues. She again just blew me off and told me that everything was fine. So I stepped outside and called the health department.
My guess is that no one in the restaurant has gone through food handlers or servsafe training. I told her so many times the risk she was taking, how serving food like this could make people terribly sick. She didn’t seem to care. Hopefully this will result in them taking proper action.

Usually love this place… Came by today and it was awful. Ordered teriyaki chicken bowl and orange chicken plate. First the teriyaki chicken tasted so old like it had been sitting out for days it reminded me of beef jerky, the white rice was over cooked and the sauce tastes old and cold! The crispy noodles were stale!!! The orange chicken was cold! The best thing about this visit was nothing. I don’t know what happened here but if I ever come back it won’t be for a while!!! I will drive the way out to Palm Springs!!! Damn shame

First off I would like to start Food wise not impressed at all. The food was cold like they haven’t even cooked it. Sad to say that I refuse to go there again. Would I recommend this place to someone? No I will not I dissatisfied with everything. I would give them two stars but I give them three just because, of there customer service… I REFUSE TO GO HERE AGAIN

The worst Chinese food I ever had. The sweet & sour pork tasted like they poured a bag of sugar on it. it was grainy. .Fried rice was dried out and the chow main over cooked. And the egg rolls were nasty. I’m sorry but YUCK!!! P. S never again.

This is a great little place if your short on cash, like huge portions and don’t have time to sit down to eat. The staff is always friendly, place is nice and clean and food is fresh and hot.

Really tasty Chinese buffet at really affordable prices — I dig this place.

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had. I am so disappointed right now sitting at panda wishing I could be there instead! The food is always fresh, and they have the BEST chow mein and cream cheese wontons I have ever tasted. I am sooo addicted to this place now. I knew it was there but never tried it. Now that I have, I’ve been there at least twice a week and gotten my mom addicted too!

Disgusting! Even the fortune cookie was disgusting! The food was old! What a waste of $ 15!
