This is the most accommodating McDonald’s for vegetarians. Want to substitute an egg for sausage or bacon on a breakfast sandwich? They’ll do it. Sammy, the store manager is incredibly friendly, professional and clearly assists his team to make everyone feel welcome in his incredibly clean, well run, and vegetarian friendly McDonald’s

I’ve only been through the drive-​thru so I cannot comment on the dining facilities inside…
From the outside, I had mixed reactions: one instance, this McD seemed to be opened but no one responded at the ordering station, despite the 24 hours being opened. I guess it wasn’t. Another instance, today, I ordered my food, the order taker was being professional, and got it all in less than 5 minutes, and the girl at the 2^nd window was courteous (but needed to smile more, but I won’t put this against her, since I am a guy, and she was cute, heh)
This McD’ drive thru is a bit tight but not as squirrelly as the McD in Arlington Heights (I think) near Randhurst Mall, but it works. This location might be on a small lot with a small restaurant building, especially its butt against a Mobile station, residential buildings, and a water tower for Rosemont.
Food turned out to be good — fries were tasty though a bit soggy, Coke Zero was nicely blended, and the Quarter Pounder done nicely. It’s still not the high standard of a Quarter Pounder I had in Munich (which was almost exactly made like in the adverts), but neatly made and tasty.
It’s good enough to go to, and I’ll keep logging future visits.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had from any McDonalds. The cashier became very angry at me, when I started enquiring about their menu. It took me longer to order my breakfast, because the cashier became uncooperative. The cashier looked at me and roll back her eyes and had a disgusting look in her face. This McDonalds needs to work I’m there customer service because it lacks or have none at all.

Lots of stuff on menu board that they don’t even have. Drive thru staff not helpful order totally screwed up too

I wish I could give zero stars. This place made me so mad first of all. I went there at 7am. And the staff had such an attitude it made me feel like I was going to have a bad morning. The one girl who rang me up gave me attitude everytime I asked her for something. And she walks so slow!!! There were so many people waiting in line. As a matter of fact anybody I talked to just ignored me or was rude. I asked another worker I asked for a cup for water she said ONE MINUTE with an attitude and didn’t even give me eye contact! Then I asked another worker for cream and sugar n she just looked at me n went about her business. Nobody smiled at me it was just bad vibes super opposite from the commercials. This is not how I want my morning to start off. Then there was a very elderly woman cleaning the bathrooms n floors while the younger unhappy Hispanic women were at cash and guess what that elderly woman cleaning the bathroom was the ONLY ONE who SMILED at me!!! Not to be racist but the Hispanic woman who worked there were rude except to the customers who spoke spanish!!! And when I asked for a plastic bib the cashier didn’t even try to ask her boss she’s like oh my manager is busy come back in two mins I came back nothing. All in all this mcdonalds staff sucked!!! The food was good but what’s the point when you have a sucky staff that doesn’t even smile at their customers. I want a smile with my coffee please and thanks! Especially at 7am! Like hello our days are early too! as customers we expect to get awesome customer service no matter what time during the morning it is!!! Mcdonalds need to retrain their employees at this place or fire everybody and get new people!

This Mcdonald was in bad shape the bathroom need to be updated that spend so much money on out what about in side need update I wait 10 min to order my food I walk out with no food it takes to long what up with mcdonalds is it become a sit down restaurant this I will not come back to mcdonalds for long long time.

McDonald’s is probably my boss’s favorite restaurant (Subway is a close contender). It’s fast, convenient, and cheap; emphasis on cheap. So while on business in Chicago, it’s really not a surprise that we ate at McDonald’s more than we really needed to (a co-​worker gained 5 lbs. just from eating McDonald’s all weekend).
I came to this location twice, once for breakfast, once for lunch. The great thing about McDonald’s is that it’s pretty consistent no matter which location you go to. So my oatmeal, McChicken, fries, and McFlurry all tasted just fine. If I have a complaint, it’s that the McFlurry machine was broken, so my McFlurry wasn’t mixed all that well. Not a huge problem.
Considering we always had a huge order (for around 7 people), this McDonald’s was efficient enough. I’m pretty sure they even gave us an extra large drink cup accidentally for lunch. Yay, more sugar!

Very slow service! 20 min got to pay window he told me amount then asked me what I ordered. What? Yeah coke dripping down my cup and all. Happy to leave. Won’t go back. Visiting from Cali.

Terrible service by employees, manager tries to pick up the slack but overall slow, incorrect orders (which I had to repeat three times for a basic order). Cleanliness is subpar at best

Naaah man. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. As I type this, I’ve already been waiting outside the drive thru for 25 minutes. So good, I get my food and it’s fresh since I’ve been waiting while it was cooking right? Riiiight? Wrong. These are the hardest, crustiest fries I’ve ever had. How do you even mess that up? Then I realize that they forgot the sauce for my nuggs. Can’t eat hard, dry nuggs without sauce. So I get out the car to walk in and get sauce but the door is locked. But they’re supposed to close at midnight and it’s only 11:30. I ask and they say they decided to close early today. Also waiting outside the door with me is a girl who walked over to get some food, but they closed early and she can’t walk through the drive thru.
I came here late night after arriving at ORD, so this was my only option. Really though, if you have other choices, don’t come here.

Stick to coffee and apple pie. I hear the breakfast eggs are real, not the yellow fluffy ones, the round ones. The rest. avoid!

Most disinterested employees I’ve ever encountered. Asked for two syrup packs for my pancakes, after not getting any at all, and got one. No smiles in here. Also, I asked for a cup for water, and got the tiniest little cup. Could ya spare it?

I love McDonalds. But I HATED this one. I even tried to send them a complain and it didn’t even work!

I have never had a bad experience at this McDonalds. Ever.
I am not a frequent flier for McD’s, but they can be a go-​to for diet coke, coffee, a quick salad. The drive thru had double lanes for efficiency. I always get the right order.
All the fountain beverages and coffee are $ 1.00, regardless of size.
And they have parking.

Food is sometimes fresh, fries are never fresh, customer service is OK, the only reason for the extra star is because it’s open ²⁴⁄₇.

This place has no good customer service! Every time I go I always I mean always get the wrong order… And when I go and complain they give you attitude, like if its your fault. I dont recommend this place!
