Do not get your pictures printed here! Their printing equipment makes people’s skin look splotchy and some of the pictures turned out with lines through them. When I asked why the pictures looked the way they did, the rude staff member(Chuck) told me that it was my fault and that the pictures must have looked like that originally. I got them printed elsewhere and they looked perfect. See ya never Walgreens!

uh. it’s a walgreens. the only reason I’m bothering is that sometimes it appears to be easier to find these things on apple maps if it has a Unilocal review and location. It’s in a big parking lot and close to hotels so within walking distance.

Continually the worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced. Pharmacy techs always tell me my prescriptions will be ready at a certain time and NEVER are not to mention the 49 minutes I wait while I’m the 2nd person in line. Will never use this Walgreens again.

I went to this location to exchange a $ 2.99 lip balm that I had purchased from another Walgreens location. I did not have my receipt but simply wanted an exchange. Jesse, the young store manager, refused to accommodate me. How absurd! She told me that their inventory would be off if she did the exchange. A bold faced lie is what that was. I called the corporate office and was told that the store manager had the right to make their own judgements. If Destiny(the manager replacing Jessie’s shift) had not overheard my conversation and performed the return, Walgreens would have lost a life-long customer. There are just too many options out there for me to support a company that makes poor decisions like this.

I agree with everyone that this is the slowest pharmacy. I once was in the drive through line and the man who finally got my prescription actually stopped in front of the window and spent some time looking at and messing with his watch before giving me credit card back — he was not waiting for the receipt, mind you, I saw him staple it to the prescription already. There were at least 7 cars behind me, but that didn’t seem to put a pep in his step at all. The management here clearly is horrible or else these employees would be a lot more effective. Customer service also never followed up with my complaint.

Whatever corporate office is doing, they’re not doing it right at all! They must be so understaffed, it takes forever to get your prescription refill, I’m thinking about going elsewhere… Every time I come here, they’re busy and nothing is ever ready on time :-/

This place is always busy. You can barely get into their parking lot to find a space. It does need some cleaning and organizing, and always appears to be understaffed, but it does the job for what I need when I’m around.

I come here often due to the proximity to my apartment. Let’s say at least a dozen times. I can agree with everyone and say MEH experience. The Pharmacy is the slowest I have experienced. Longest lines and waits no matter what time. Service people are MEH, don’t smile, don’t seem happy. I go because out of convenience, if I had another choice I would go there.

After buying two non-working thermometers, I bought another at a Walgreen’s not by my house. I was irritated not only that I had wasted so much time buying 3 thermometers that did not work, but also for the manager to treat me like I was trying to rip them off somehow. She initially told me that I had to go back to the other Walgreen’s to return the thermometer because the same product was a different price. What?! I told her that I had already wasted so much time buying and returning their thermometers that I was not going to drive 20 minutes out of my way. She gave me so much attitude! I bought the thermometer yesterday! I can see if I bought it two months ago. After 3 tries I would expect an appology, not rude behavior. After a simple two second transaction the return was done. I said thank you and she said«YOURWELCOME» very rudely. This was by the way the manager. I will not be going back.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. It doesn’t really matter what day — or time of day — you try and come here. There are never enough people working. The last time I visited this pharmacy they said it would be an hour to fill my order. I went back to get it the next day and it was not ready — AND I waited in line for 25 minutes to hear that answer because they are SLOW! The people working there do not seem happy at all evidenced in their snippy attitudes toward one another over the intercom system. My advice is save yourself some time and take your prescriptions to a different place.

There is no slower pharmacy in all of Northwest Denver. Service is abominable at this location and has been for months.
