I called to asked if they have a Chilean Seafood. The man answered but he didn’t understand what I was asking him. He called somebody and the lady that answered my question was very nice and helpul. It’s very hard to find someone to even listen when u ask questions on the phone. This is something really good about the customer service. Thank you Tri Ocean.

I do not like their customer service. When I went there to buy some grocery, one of lady that work there holding a knife and followed me. Waving the knife up and down on my face, my friend and I were very afraid, so we had to get of there as fast as we can. A Very small place.

Denver sea food market, i mean fresh sea food. Tri-Ocean is owns by a young Vietnamese couple from LA. they are successfully run this market up to par. they keep the sea food as fresh as it can be, they clean the fish for you too, and packed the fish in ice for you to bring it home, they will have different kind of fish every week, lately they have live craw fish too, we like to buy live craw fish and take it home and cook in our flavor. The owner name is Tri’, he is friendly and very helpful. They also have many Vietnamese ingredients, fresh vegi and full line of VNese grocery. You can call ahead and ask Tri to save you a fish or two before you arrive just in case he is not sold out on it. We are glad that Denver is now have a fresh sea food market.

ok all u Unilocalers out there who are into seafood, asian cooking, just good fish and food in general. i just had two great experiences at tri ocean market and see no need to ever go to any of the other fish markets on fed(or expensive ass whole foods) first was a couple days ago. i got a pkg of 6 frozen quail, 1lb 12oz, a 1 and a half pound tilapia that was swimmin in the tank a few minutes earlier. they killed, cleaned and SCALED that bad boy in case i wanted to do crispy skin. a pretty good sized pkg of pork ribs, 10 quail eggs, a whole pineapple, a pkg of oyster mushrooms(do u know how much oyster shrooms are at whole fds?) pkg of giant oyster shrooms, a few oranges and limes, and some green onion. 33 bucks. hello. plus i found out on this trip that they have duck eggs and fresh rice noodles. had a seafood feast the other day with some friends and i got two live lobsters, 2and a half pound beasts, 2 dozen live oysters, a 2 pound plus live tilapia, 2 packs of oyster shrooms, an onion, a chinese eggplant, huge pkg of green beans, 5pak of garlic and a 10 pak of quail eggs. it was 89 bucks. the two lobsters, the tilapia and the quail eggs would have been that much at whole foods. i heart tri ocean. they have live dungeness crab which i will be trying next. also live blue crab but im from nor cal so i dont mess with those tiny little guys unless its for stock or somethin. anyway run dont walk to tri ocean and get u some fish. i wish they would get the big eye tuna again and im gonna try the striper and the bream soon.

Tri Ocean, you came to my RESCUE yet again with your reasonable pricing of LIVESEAFOOD, in this case the LIVECRABS. Was here on Saturday December 10th2011, in order to purchase LIVE CRABs for a PARTY of 15, that I am cooking for, the following day. I was scared I could not get any LIVE CRABs for the party on the actual cooking day(SUNDAY) so I head down to Tri Ocean the day before the party. The person, who handle the LIVECRABS for us, are welcoming and make sure, the LIVECRABS are«packed» properly to be put in our coolers. He mentioned you are lucky lady coz before that, there are also a HUGE order to purchase LIVECRABS. We exchange small conversation while at the store. YES, the price was WAY cheaper than other Asian Markets around town that offer LIVECRABS. Thankfully the CRAB remain ALIVE in the 2 coolers from the Saturday evening till the Sunday morning the following day. All in all, Thank You Tri Ocean. Cant thank you enough. YOURAWK! @2/2012
