I work right by Phở Le, and stop in for shrimp spring rolls and tea. The spring rolls are perfect for a light lunch. The peanut sauce is delicious. Service is fast and staff is very friendly! $ 4 for a quick lunch… yes, please! I’ll be back to try more on the menu.

Phở isn’t that good here but their Hu Tiu Mì Nam Vang(Clear Noodle & Egg Noodle with Baby Rib, Pork, Pork’s Heart, Quail Eggs) is extremely good and full of flavors; the best I’ve had in Denver. Service is a little iffy. A couple waitresses and an older waiter is great and tentative, others I’ve found to be absent. Thai tea isn’t too bad here. It’s a bit on the sweeter side. But every time time(at least five times) I’ve asked for Boba in it they were out. It’s a little weird.

We have been coming to Phở Le for years and we are never disappointed. The service is exceptionally friendly. The owner always comes out to personally ask how everything is. My favorite is the sate noodles

Ordered the Phở Tom P17. The food was marginal not the best in Denver Metro. the service was good. I would’ve given three stars but the restaurant smelled really really bad. They may have a sewer issue?

I got the P2. Rare steak. The steak was cooked when I got it. I know that meat cooks in hot water but its was fully cooked. The phở was also very salty. The boba was pretty goood. The place was clean but empty. All in all, I payed 7.50 for a medium soup and 3.50 for a boba. Will I come back? Probably just for the boba.

I have tried a few other phở places in the area. There are so many that I am sure there are several that I would like and rate this high. The problem is that I have tried some others and the price is either higher for almost the same quality, or I find hair in my food. I trust this place for my phở dining experiences. I have eaten here many times. The service is decent and consistent. Although it is not super fancy, it is always clean. Most important of all there is no hair in the food.

We found our go to Vietnamese Place!!! We tried so many along Federal and its so hard to find the beef stew I’m used to in Vegas with different noodle options or baguet. They also have ox tail noodle soup which is awesome. Came today at around 5:30 and only have a few people compared to the chain Phở whatever number that is also in Southglen. Very nice servers. My son loved the grilled pork plate with shrimp and the fried rolls have a distinct crunch that I really like.

3 stars for the food, 1 star for the service. Very friendly staff and fast. Phở is good, but not the best I ever had. Considering I was in Colorado instead of California… exceeded my expectations. Coffee drinkers, get the ice coffe… nice and strong! I liked the seafood phở the best.

I love this place. The people are great and the food is fantastic. It’s not expensive either. I usually go about once a week and they are so friendly they even know my order by heart now. Pathetic I know. lol

I thought the phở was just okay here. The soup wasn’t piping hot, nor did it have much flavor. The spring rolls were good, but nothing extraordinary. The coffee was very strong. The service was pretty fast and there’s plenty of parking. The place is clean for the most part. My review reflects just how my experience here was. Short and to the point, but not very memorable.

I’ve eaten here a few times now. On the previous occasion I got a bun bowl which was very good. Nothing too exciting, but the meat(pork) was tender and well cooked and the veggies were fresh. I also tried the egg rolls once and they were good. Today I tried the rare steak phở. As someone else mentioned it is a bit sweeter of a broth than I’m used to but very tasty. The noodles were cooked well and the meat was cut into thin tender strips with hardly any fat. The plate of veggies was not quite as heaping as other places I’ve been to but a good amount for just one person. The sprouts were very fresh and the other herbs were possibly a little old, but still tasty. The only bad thing I can say about the phở is I ordered rare steak only and there were about 3 – 4 small pieces of tripe in my bowl which I just picked out. The phở here is aboout 50 cents more for a small than most other places, but the portion size is bigger also. The small was just perfect for lunch. The service was great — they immediately seated me, took my order, and I had a bowl in front of me within a few minutes. I also ordered a coffee with milk and that was served promptly with the phở. They came around twice to ask how things were and brought me a to-go cup for my coffee with ice in it when I asked. Everyone was friendly and smiling. Parking here is ample. I’ve tried to go to Phở 95 just down the street and all three times I’ve tried to go there there was no parking available so I have yet to eat there. For being a place on Federal Phở Le has a wonderful parking lot. The building is also very clean and spacious with plenty of seating. Phở Le definitely impressed me. If I can ever get a parking spot I’ll try Phở 95, as I see that is also often considered a top place for phở in Denver.

Solid Vietnamese restaurant all around and my go-to place on Federal. I’ve tried several chef’s specials here and they’ve all been good. Saigon Bowl used to be my favorite, but it’s just too crowded, and has gone a bit downhill in my opinion. I love the fact that you never have to wait for a table and they’re open late night on the weekends. The«hu tieu sa te» is a homerun. You must try it.

So I came to a phở restaurant but I didn’t get phở. I was recommended by a friend who’s lived in Cambodia for a few years and had visited Vietnam multiple times. She was raving about the Vietnamese beef stew at this place. Yep, it was delicious. The beef stew has beef and tendon in it with carrots. The broth is really good and it’s slightly on the saltier side so it goes really well with the french bread. You can request to have noodles in it instead of getting the bread. Or both. I only had it with the bread. The stew only comes with 1 bread. Make sure you ask for more. it is around less than $ 1 for each additional bread. The french bread is toasted and warm on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. It’s not the type that would tear up your mouth either. It was really nice since I’m normally not a fan of the hard exterior of the french bread but this was awesome! I would recommend if you can break away from regular phở and wanted something more hearty, get this beef stew!

This place has a variety of Vietnamese foods, but I always end up just getting phở. Yes, I am guilty of being a phở junkie. /)_(\ So… this review is based on their service and phở alone. The broth here is very flavorful. They give you more meat, which means less noodles… and this could be either a good or bad thing depending on your preferences. Unfortunately, I prefer noodles. :-( The service here is pretty good, but be careful if you don’t speak Vietnamese(orders WILL be mixed up). I’ve only been here twice and they have messed up both times(and I speak Vietnamese)… I give this place four stars because they are very attentive, friendly, and most importantly, they get the job done. Overall, I’ll be back if I’m in the area. :-)

Hard 4 star to hand over over, great phở tons of meat but skimpy on the noodles. I have been here a few times now and each time they mess up something small. Forgetting parts of the order or just straight messing up my whole order lol but taste great, the broth is very flavorful and the chunks of tendon are massive. If the service would have been spot on it could have been a easy 5 star!

This phở was totally satisfactory. I don’t think that this is phở is better than the ones that I think are the best, but I don’t think it is among the worst either. It was tasty and had plenty of meat, veggies and noodles. The only thing that I really didn’t like is that the meat had a flavor to it that had been left in the fridge too long. I can’t eat that sort of flavored meat. This place is as good as any on Federal. Not bad but not the best.

I can’t agree with previous reviewers who believe that this is the best phở place in Denver(I think that distinction belongs to Café Saigon), but I did enjoy a pretty nice meal here. The interior of this place is clean and pleasant. They have a pretty extensive menu, and a good amount of seating. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. I had a seafood soup that included noodles, faux crab, scallops, shrimp, squid, and quail eggs. I was really surprised, and terribly pleased, that the scallops were large, fresh, and incredibly tasty. The soup was top-notch. Against my general habit I did not get boba, so I cannot comment on that, but I’m sure that I’ll be back to try that soon.
