I met friends here after work for HH. Beer is nice and cold as it should be and 2:1HH special. The buffalo wings were delicious. I was happy with the chips and trio of three salsas and the nachos were really good as well. The atmosphere is spacious and open. The noise level isn’t overly loud or rambunctious even with a full house and our server was consistently kind, friendly and attentive.

Great service and good Thunder crowd for the game. Got the pretzel and was surprised with two came and not just one. Then the wrap and pork Sammie was on point.

This place used to be 2 bars but they combined both into 1. Great atmosphere and theres many reasons to come here. Either to watch games(plenty if tvs), play some pool, play foosball, or just to catch up with friends while drinking reasonably priced drinks. The crowd is very diverse. I saw college college kids, hipsters, guys in suits, to well dressed men with call girls… I was assuming the last part We stopped by here before we went to The Church. The night wasn’t cold so they opened up the outside. The breeze felt good and the typical bar smell wasn’t lingering.

We had a great time. We came in with a big group to watch a game that most people didn’t want to see. They put on the game and managed to make us feel like we were their priority. Matt(our server) was on top of drinks, refills and food. We didn’t have to wait for anything. He even managed to get the game audio on instead of the music. AND then he took our group picture. It was exactly what you want in a playoff game scenario. It didn’t hurt that our team won.

Overpriced food for mediocre quality foods. Good service is a hit or miss. A great setting for KU/OU fans is what’s earned this spot three stars.

We come here for the KU games. Workers are awesome but beer and food specials aren’t that great. Don’t get the chips and salsa trio. You’ll get a pile of chips and very little salsa to dip in. They want you to buy extra.

What a great place to stumble upon on our day in Denver before our redeye flight home. This place is HUGE! Great atmosphere. Laid back. Not crowded(was Monday at 5 pm). Awesome food and drinks. Caught the beginning of Happy Hour as we were leaving, too. Bonus! If you’re looking for a locals hang out, this is it. Not«touristy» at all. Highly recommend it.

A very large and active place in the Golden Triangle. We visited on Wild Card Sunday to watch the games. The place is massive and also pretty loud. But they offer so many TVs, you can always find whatever game you want. The service was quite good, very attentive. I didn’t find the seats very comfortable, especially after 2NFL games. Also, it’s so large and massive it got a little cool. Many of the doors open so in better weather it would suit better. The food came quickly but nothing too special. The people watching was incredible given the throng of people. We will definitely return especially in good weather. But if you need to see your team, you’ll find them here. And alcohol and possible food.

Hmm I have a soft spot in my heart for Stoney’s from all the memories but it has gone downhill lately. For two years I lived 1 block away and this was the go to place for a casual beer or any of the football games. However in the last year everytime we go in the menu has changed and the service worse. My kickball team used to also come here for the Kifac pitcher deals but after being deliberately ignored by staff when we would get a table we had to switch our go to spot. I have given Stoney’s lots of chances and lately it just seems the staff as a whole doesn’t have a team mentality and try don’t want to be there. Would love to see this place turn it around on friendliness and good food.

Stoney’s is a great bar with a lot of space! It gets busy, especially on game days so be there early. If you have enough people commuted to join, you can reserve a section for free, just make sure your people show! They have an outside area where you can play the typical yard games. There are several bars inside. The staff is worked pretty hard but they are super attentive and fun. My go-Tos on the menu are the cheese curds(delish!) and the tater tots! The tots are standard but they take me right back to highschool! They even have a crawfish bowl towards the last half of the season and it’s all you can eat! Pretty dope if you’ve never been!

Nothing like spending a Saturday afternoon watching OU football, drinking a jack and eating nachos. Stoney’s knows how to do it.

Visited for the first time last night and sat at the bar. Fun ambiance with all the Colorado décor: an old ski gondola, a little pond, etc. The bartenders were nice but took a while to come over, despite it not seeming all that busy. Felt like it took ages to put our food order in. Good beer selection — not just your typical sports bar standbys. Loved the Peach Harvest! Food was a grab bag: the tater tots and the carrot cake were delicious, my boyfriend said the wings were good, but I’d avoid the blackened fish tacos in the future. The toppings were fresh but the fish itself was cold and tasteless and didn’t exactly taste like it had just jumped out of the pan.

Stoney’s used to be my ABSOLUTE favorite spots bar. Unfortunately, they’ve changed a lot. Over the last two years, it’s been a significant slide in the wrong direction. Today… 45 minutes after ordering… Wrong order. When they fixed it the bun was charcoal-burnt on my burger and the tots were cold… The bartender did offer a free beer for the inconvenience though. They now serve a 16oz-only option for beer — which, if memory serves, is the same cost as they used to charge for their 22oz. They’ve cut their menu down to about ¼ the offerings, and definitely not the best ones. I imagine this is for cost efficiency, but sad to see they didn’t seem to get any loyal guest input on the changes. With the massive renovations, perhaps all this was necessary to meet the bottom line. It still makes one previously 100% loyal Stoney’s-frequenter…look for a better option. Unfortunately a Sunday at Stoney’s is no longer a great experience. It’s a bummer to see this happen, but I’ll be avoiding going to Stoney’s moving forward. Unless I can’t find a bar within a mile playing the games I’m looking to see.

For a sports bar, this is a happening place to be! Did I mention that this bar is HUGE??? Seriously, bring some friends and have a great time, Stoney’s knows how to throw a party. There are TV screens in every direction of every room, and I believe there are 4 different bars, but my memory is a bit hazy :) This is a popular spot for football games, always seems to fill-up when 2 popular teams are playing, so plan accordingly!

I know some people who absolutely love Stoneys, and as such, I have found myself here several times. The place is pretty big, and you can always find a spot to be comfy at for awhile. The drinks are usually cheap, 2-for-1 specials sometimes. The food is okay enough. I don’t usually come here to eat, but haven’t really been excited when I have. It’s fun.

Stoney’s has GREAT happy hour, and service. I love watching sporting events here! As far as the food, the nachos are great, and the burgers are pretty decent! Be sure to add green chile to your fries, nachos or burgers. Its pretty legit!

Nothing special here. Just your typical bar food, one draw is unlimited wings for 7.99(pub on pearl and pub on penn have better deals for this). Unlimited wings says it’s on Friday online, this is no longer true. If you want the deal you have to go on Wednesdays now. The buffalo chicken sandwich is okay, if you like dry chicken. Definitely ask for more buffalo sauce. The wings are interesting but good, in relation to unlimited wings, instead of tossing the wings in the sauce the sauce you pick comes in a cup on the side. After trying all flavors of wings I would truly only recommend the buffalo, which is delicious but not spicy. The blue cheese here is quite tasty. Stoney’s is a great place to watch any sort of game, they have tons of televisions and are willing(most of the time) to change the channel to your choice of game. The beer selection here is also really great, I don’t agree with their view that beer tastes better out of cans but that might just be me.

Physically a great place, but as for staff… mostly Annoying. Sat at the main bar and it took forever to get served anything. Meanwhile the floor servers actually leaned across my body while returning empties, which piled up in front of me. Two of these servers were in a cat fight all night. One bartender spent half the evening ripping on bar management… very unprofessional. I would have ordered food, but nothing was offered. In short, I went to enjoy a game but spent the whole time being distracted by this place’s drama and disorganization. Ended up leaving to watch the last quarter somewhere else. And took 5 people with me.
