A couple things you need to know about the Sleep Inn. First of all, it isn’t a Sleep Inn. It is an Econo Lodge! Surprise! Secondly, it’s not on the west side of N. Chambers. It’s on the east! So if you follow Unilocal’s directions, you could be spending the night in your car. Otherwise, read on. This is an older hotel that looks like it’s been recently bought and renovated. The lobby looks great for a hotel in this price range. Everything in the room looks new(with the exception of the old tube TV — come on, guys!) and was very clean, even though we got a smoking room. The bathroom tile and fixtures are clean and new, the water pressure is good, and the lighting is soft and flattering which in my opinion is a huge plus! Especially if you’ll be getting ready for, say, a wedding. Or just going out! Why more hotels don’t pay attention to this detail is beyond me, so, kudos to you, Sleep Inn! I mean, Econo Lodge. On the topic of attention to detail, however, there were a few areas that still needed work. The mattress, for example, was a little creaky. There was no refrigerator, which is pretty standard now in a budget hotel. We missed it. And the wireless wasn’t the most dependable I’ve used. Breakfast was carbs only, so if that’s not your thing, plan on going elsewhere or bringing your own. If you have kids, you should know there isn’t a bathtub, only a shower. Overall though, we were pretty comfy here, and even at the rate we paid, the price was okay. If you can score a room for less than 60 bucks, like some other reviewers — jump on it.

I guess you get what you pay for… I only paid 48 bucks sui I guess I can’t really complain. BUT… MYKEYSDIDN’T WORK, so I had to come back downstairs. The floor in my room was very unstable… they still have the old big back tv s. The bed looks like like it’s on the floor it’s so low… I guess next time I’ll pay the extra money for a REAL hotel and not be so cheap…

My jaw dropped after walking in this hotel. I only paid $ 55.00 for a one night stay here and I thought I would walk into a dump, because it was so cheap! Clean, neat, quiet and INEXPENSIVE! I’ll be back!

My cousin and I got stuck in Denver with snow the other night on the way home from Vegas. A whole whack of flights were cancelled around midnight and obviously hotels were going quick. We were able to grab a room at the Sleep Inn… I read some of its reviews on Google and must admit I was frightened. I had just come from Las Vegas where we stayed at Bellagio. Sure the room smelled a little bit, but I was able to stay right by the airport for pretty cheap. How can I complain? As long as you are realistic about what you are getting yourself into, you will be fine.

After missing the FINALDEN to SFO flight Sunday night driving back(in some serious traffic-10mph x3 hrs SERIOUS) from Breckenridge, we were forced to stay another night in CO. Don’t get me wrong, I think CO is beautiful and such a wonderful change of pace for a Cali girl like myself, but considering BunksRunks and I had to work the next day, we weren’t so thrilled to dish out the extra moula to stay another night. 1 night stay = $ 48. Ok, this place must be some gross, smelly, run-down, Motel-6 like place then, right? NOTTTT at all! The hotel is in a very nice ‘hotel row’ area w/Marriot and the likes. Nice, quiet neighborhood, new and clean lobby and room, they provide shuttle service to/from DEN(10 mins away), they provide a continental breakfast to all guests(early-bird bag breakfast for those leaving before 6a), and have 1 pc w/www in lobby for guest use. If you miss your flight coming out of DEN and have the 1st flight out the next day, Sleep Inn should be where you lay your head for the night. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. We were =)
