I came here about 3 – 4 months ago, a Young man named Jamie(I believe that was his name) had me and my wife very impressed by the way he greeted us and how he received us .He also gave us a upgrade for being a IHG member. The breakfast was very warm and delicious(free) and the place looked very clean. I had to give a noise complaint about the next door people being very loud but it was quickly tooken care of. I will definitely stay here again very soon and hopefully be attended by the same young Mann to give him a big thank you for making me and my family feel welcomed after a long road trip –room keys did not work after I came back from breakfast

I moved from the airport HiEx to this HiEx for one night, in order to get closer to downtown Denver for the next day’s plans. The room was on par but unfortunately, I doubt I’ll stay at this location again. There were some sketchy guests(which isn’t the fault of the hotel of course) who appeared to be staying at both this hotel and the one right next door(where parking is shared). There are very few parking spaces out front of this hotel so guests are instructed to park in the lot next door when the HiEx parking runs out. Well, in no time at all the parking runs out. Sorry but if there are people loitering outside under the portico for a long time and a woman is traveling alone, and then she has no choice but to park in an adjacent distant area at night, it’s an uncomfortable walk back into the hotel. I didn’t like it.

Stayed here a week with my boyfriend, first time visiting Denver, it was amazing! This hotel just made my whole stay even better, this place is super clean, just walking up and down the hallways you can smell it. Staff is super friendly and hard working. This place looks just like in the pictures, clean and modern. Loved waking up in the morning to have their breakfast,(muffins, juice, milk, cereal, biscuits, egg, etc.) The breakfast seating area has huge windows, which are great for looking out to see the snow during the winter, it also has a nice seating area with a TV.

Showed up late at night at this hotel by mistake. Associate at desk was extremely helpful and took care of changing our arrangements while remaining pleasant. Hotel was probably newer, was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I travelled for work for 16 years and this was among my best hotel experiences. 4++ stars. Convenient to airport, would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed at several HIE’s over a week plus trip, and this one was the best of them all. We stayed here three nights, and this was a really nice place to crash after our full days of being outdoors. Looking at the area, surely it’s not brand new, but it certainly seemed that way. Every aspect was super clean, no weird smells or stale air. The AC worked perfect. The mattresses were very good, and the linens were all clean and like new. Really this was the perfect HIE for us. We are familiar with the expected look and quality of a new HIE, and this one met those expectations completely. While there, we also used the self-service laundry facilities, and that went perfectly. My husband and son also enjoyed using the indoor pool and hot tub. We generally don’t do the free breakfasts(food allergy concerns) and so no comment to offer on that. We will probably be back again next summer and this will again be where we will choose to stay.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are comfortable. Very easy access to I 70 freeway. Plenty of places to dine in the area. The staff is very nice and friendly. I’ll stay here on my next visit to Denver.
