I was a bit disappointed in the staff knowledge, service, and food quality. I would not return to this location.

I hadn’t been here in quite some time, and recently went back to give it another try. Obviously it’s similar to the other big burrito joints in town, but they have a few interesting menu items that give them a little different look. Thumbs up for the Spanish-style rice and the tequila-lime marinated chicken, which give you a lot more options than your standard white rice and grilled meat. They routinely introduce new choices on the menu, so that’s a nice way to keep things fresh. I feel like my burrito came out just a bit smaller than those of their competitors, and not just because of the way they wrap the tortilla, so I’d like a bit more for my money. But this is a good option nonetheless.

No complaints about the food but the staff needs a lot of help. I walk in, one girl has a broom she’s leaning on while staring at her phone, the girl who made my food may have been new(maybe not), but that’s no excuse to greet someone with the most reluctant hello I’ve ever received. We all have those days, but don’t take it out on your customer. She manually typed in 6.16 and when she couldn’t run my card, broom employee comes over and tells me there’s only $ 6.16 on my card and to use another one. I had to correct her and tell her the first girl rang me up incorrectly. These small things are what can be easily forgotten by a customer if you put in the effort and show(or act like) that you care. I worked retail for 10 years, I get it, but there’s no excuse for not being able to say a simple hello with an even forced smile, no matter what’s going on.

Food was average, nothing spectacular but it tasted good! My only complaint is that the customer service was horrible. Employees were extremely rude and unwilling to help answer a question we had. This is the first time this has happened so it might be a one time thing, but @Qdoba: keep your staff in check! Other than that, I’m a happy camper.

This was my first experience at a Qdoba before. Holy crap, this place is better than Chipotle in my opinion. And you know why? Because you can get queso on everything. I told the server/cashier this was my first time and he gave me a crash course of the menu which was super helpful. I had their adobo chicken burrito bowl and it was delicious. This chain may be my new«go to» quick fix Mexican spot. I am looking forward to trying their other offerings such as their tacos.

Have eaten there three times with the family. Each and every time we have received Terrible service, Mediocre food eating, and prices exceeding Chipotle. And each time, we have had to wipe off a table to sit at. Each time! And each time, the toilets in both restrooms were dirty. Each time! How can that be? The last time there, the«girl» just got done making another customers’ meal, took their payment and with the same gloves on, started to make our meal. She got annoyed when we asked her to please change her gloves. We responded to telephone survey where it was noted that someone would call us about these on-going issues. No one ever did, of course. We will just have to make the trek up to Chipotle on Quebec from now on but we will never eat at this Qodoba again or, at any Qdobas’.

The place is nice and clean and corporate but the staff couldn’t answer my question of whether there was gluten in the pulled pork, i.e. flour added for texture the sauce. They told me I had to look it up online to see the ingredients because they were«not allowed to say the ingredients.» Not sure if they just didn’t know bit if it is corporate policy, it’s rather silly and ineffective. Not wanting to hold up the line, I just ordered the pulled pork and hopefully I don’t get sick!

I love this food! Staff is great too. The place is very clean. My only complaint is that their chicken tends to be burnt.

boy o boy i sure do love me a darn too-tin good burrito from qdoba. but i sure do hate it when they tear your tortilla because they put too much stuff on it, and then they don’t even have the common courtesy to wrap it a second time because its too damn hard for them to do. i mean im like sitting there watching them make my burrito and then it tears and there going to keep making my burrito after you tore a hole in it the size of the grand canyon and act like its fine? no stuff like that pisses me off. great food just some better service is all im asking for!

This location is awesome. We’ve stopped in here a few times and the food is fine — its what you expect in fast, inexpensive Mexican food. The service, however, is fantastic. We recently ordered from their catering menu and we did it last minute. Mind you, it wasn’t a huge order, but an order for 10 people over labor day weekend. They normally require 24 hours notice but were able to squeeze our order in and didn’t blink an eye about it. The manager — I have forgotten his name — was super friendly and customer service driven. We opted to pick our order up — but they will come to your house to set it up for a fee. In addition to the taco bar for 10 — they included chips, salsa, cheese, quac, sour cream, bowls, napkins utensils, lettuce — AND the trays to set them up and flames to keep hot items warm up for two hours. It made hosting a small get together so simple and affordable! I took the warming stands back since I didn’t need them and they gave me coupons for free entrees for returning them. Bonus! We will certainly use this Qdoba’s again.

I’m from California and I came to Qdoba for the first time today. This place is like chipotle, a have it your way burrito bar. The have many choices of meat, and they also have many different sauces and salsas. I got a veggie burrito with both types of beans. I enjoyed it, it was a good meal. It just isn’t flavorful and punchy the way real Mexican food is. This is a good lunch place, but if you want to be blown away by flavor, look for a taqueria.

Friendly and fast staff. The food and prices do not compare to the freshness, quality and value of Chipotle.

This is the worst qdoba I’ve ever been to. They had no consideration for the 18 people they had in line while they joked around about messing people’s orders up. Reevaluate who you make your mangers. Worst attitude I’ve seen. The best employee was the one at the beginning of the line.

I usually show up a little late here, and I eat here every few weeks. They are ALWAYS cleaning thoroughly when I am there. Not just a little bit, like you might expect. These guys pull everything off the wall and scrub every surface. It’s remarkable how deep they clean. Makes me want to eat here.

This is like a chipotle, but not as good. They have burritos, tacos, and other various types of Mexican dishes. I got the qdoba burrito with chicken. It was a decent burrito and fairly large, but I didn’t think that the salsa was that flavorful. I have yet to try the other dishes, though. I think I might stick to chipotle. The location was very friendly and clean. Lots of parking at this location as well.

Not the greatest thing since diced cilantro, but it works in a pinch. The location is very good for me, so that drives more visits than any other factor. The service has been consistent as well as the food quality. I love that they have Cholula hot sauce. The dining area is well maintained along with the drink/self-service condiment stand. Fresh foods, good service and an easy to understand menu all add up to the main reason restaurants make it or break it — consistency over time. Thanks Qdoba, you will see me again.

This is an excellent Qdoba. The staff is always friendly and fast. When you walk in and there is a long line just know that you won’t be standing there forever. They move people through the line very quickly. But sometimes I get behind the person who has been standing there for 5 minutes and then gets to the front of the line and still doesn’t know what they want. Perhaps they shouldn’t have been on their damn phone the entire time and actually looked up at the menu and decided what it was that they wanted. Or better yet — there is only one person in front of you and they get the magic question«what would like?» and they pull out a yellow legal pad size sheet of paper with orders from everyone in their office. **sigh** I’m wondering if they don’t know they could fax in their order ahead of time or better yet I believe you can order online. This definitely falls under poor planning on your part should not constitute a longer wait on my part. Love the hard shell pork tacos and the summer mango chicken salad. Keep up the great work!

Dear boy working at Qdoba tonight, Thank you. I walked into your store looking haggard as all hell — no make-up, baggy sweat pants, wet hair, and giant blemish on my forehead. I was literally embarrassed to be showing my face in public, but alas, I was starving and only a burrito could cure me. Not only was I met with the same wonderful service I receive every time I visit this Qdoba, you went above and beyond the usual great customer service — I know that my total order did NOT come out to $ 4.50, but your kindness made my evening. It may have just been because you pitied me for looking so incredibly hideous, but either way your kind act was very appreciated. My only qualm: no receipt to sign, so there was no way for me to tip this delightful man. I was on the fence about Qdoba(I’m a die-hard Moe’s fan), but this great experience has officially converted me to a loyal customer at this location. Sincerely, The frumpy girl in the Florida State sweatshirt.

Love this Qdoba! It is within walking distance from my apartment, so I go often. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the food is consistently yum.

Reviewing a chain eatery is tricky work. I don’t want to crucify one location for the crimes of their company. Normally, I wouldn’t bother but since they frequently supply me with a nacho fix, I decided to make an exception and Unilocal them. I pretty much only order the 5-cheese nachos. They aren’t bad. They aren’t the best nachos I’ve ever had, but they are decent. The queso is ok. I like the spiciness, but the cheesiness tastes a little off. I love that they have black beans. I’m also not a huge fan of their salsas, but I’m not a salsa nazi, so I can overlook it. Their outdoor seating is perfect for days like today! Other than the extremely close location to my work, the thing that keeps me coming back is how quick and how nice they are. When they welcome me when I walk it, I actually feel welcome and not like I am bothering them. I appreciate that! They used to have free sodas for anyone with a student ID, but now you have to be in High School with an ID for the free soda. Bummer. I thought I’d use my DUID for discounts til I was 80.
