Peak To Peak Roofing

As the victim of one of Colorado’s hailstorms in 2013, I filed a claim with my insurance, USAA. Extreme winds and hail damaged a portion of my roof and the paint on two sides of my house. I called Peak to Peak and it was only a few weeks before work started. I have always been very skeptical when dealing with contractors, so I was very happy when they did all the negotiating with USAA to get a full replacement roof and my entire house painted as well. They kept track of all paperwork and payments up until the very end. The office staff and Damen were polite and professional.
My roof was upgraded to an impact resistant shingle and when I checked to be sure my insurance premium would not go up because of this, I was happy to find that it actually went down a few dollars. Peak to Peak also worked with USAA to add five roof vents that are now required by city code. I noticed quite a difference last summer as to how much cooler my house stayed. Heat was now able to escape out my roof.
The roofers were fantastic. They were quick, and meticulous with their work and how well they cleaned up. The job only took a couple of days but at night they completely cleaned up as well. When they were done, there was no evidence left behind that they had been there, except my beautiful new roof! Thank you Peak to Peak!
