HTI Granite & Cabinetry

I chose to go with HTI & Cam, after a disaster with another granite company who took my deposit and never returned.
Complete opposite experience at HTI. I walked into their showroom on a Tues, and met with Sarah. I already had all my measurements from the other granite company, and so Sarah had a quote for me within an hour. The price was excellent. We asked to see the stones, and met Cam & Sue at his yard on Friday. We chose the stone, and Cam came over our house on Sat to do the template. By Monday, Cam gave me a call that they were ready to install the granite on Tuesday at 10 AM. I could not believe it!
Tuesday morning Cam, let me know they were actually going to be an hour early — awesome! Mario, the fabricator and 2 helpers arrived on time, covered my floors and got to work. In 3 hours, we had our beautiful granite countertops installed and the guys were on their way. This is how it should be done, and I will refer anyone I know over to HTI.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They took forever to get back to me with a response on our contract and then ended up breaching it. NOT professional and extremely rude. The only time I’ve gotten a response is when I let them know I’m afraid I’ll have to go the legal route to recoup damages and losses. I definitely do not recommend using this company. You’d think a family run and owned small business would be eager to please, but it seems the owner overlooks himself and simply does not care. Do not use HTI Granite unless you have money and time to throw down the drain. Even then, I’d try my luck at the lottery instead! So disappointing.

Simply the best! Gave us a better kitchen (counters and granite) than home depot quoted us at ¼ of the cost. Custom cherry was even cheaper than getting our builder’s grade refaced. I couldn’t be more pleased by the service and installation. Office staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Cam clearly takes great pride in his work and it shows. They left the kitchen in perfect condition… even vacuumed sawdust out of our driveway. Every other company quoted us much higher costs and longer completion time. 2 days… start to finish. 5 stars!

We could not recommend this company more highly. We had bids from 4 other companies for a large granite countertop project. Not only did Kam’s company come in significantly lower than his competitors he was the only one who responded to emails, phone calls or even texts promptly (usually within 1 hour) On the day of the install Kam was there on time with his crew. All of his team were polite and very professional. As for the job itself we could not be happier. All work completed was on time and exactly as promised. Kam and his crew are some of the best home improvement professionals we have dealt with.
