We had Kitchen Creations, with Kim, Frank, and Cole, renovate a kitchen and 3 baths here in Boulder. They responded quickly and efficiently to our request for service. And I found that service continued throughout our experience, no exception! Every phone call and text was quickly responded to. I felt, and continue to feel, totally taken care of. I had all sorts of expectations — our previous experiences were good, but not great. Our experience with Kim, Frank and their team was nothing short of awesmazing. On time, on budget — that’s liquid gold in our neighborhood. Here, projects are normally weeks behind and $ 10ks short. That was NOT the case here. We agreed to move out of the house in early October, with the understanding we would be home by Thanksgiving.(Ok, let’s say that again — 3 baths and a kitchen with 7 weeks as a tour around). The Friday before T-day, appliances were installed, and we were able to cook for my step-parents. I’m honestly able to say that what delays and cost issues were experienced were the result of our choices — or the result of unforeseen structural issues that were readily and efficiently dealt with. At the end of the day, every room is a fantastic exemplar of a new style that WE influenced and designed. ] Truly, I would recommend this group to anyone considering a remodel — you would be, as we are, lucky to have them!

We went to kitchen creations by accident while we were looking for a different store to get new kitchen cabinets for our newly purchased house in Littleton, Colorado. When we walked in, we were concerned about the service and the prices. We had already checked Home Depot and had plans for the kitchen but we did not like the installer/subcontractor from Home Depot. We initially met with one of their employees who was not pushy or behaved like a sales person and we liked that. Then Kim the owner came to our house and we designed the cabinets and planned all the steps. It only took a few visits to her store and to our house for the final installation. We had a limited badged and she worked with us to get the right cabinets, countertops, sink and hardware. We cut the cost but doing part of the job ourselves and they did not have a problem with that. Everything was done on time and the whole job was completed by the deadline. They were prom, worked with us and their price was comparable. I highly recommend them.

These people responded quickly to my request for an estimate via email. The husband of the team came out to measure my kitchen. He did not offer any design advice or a real estimate. He left one flyer for some cabinets, but nothing about fixtures, counters, etc. I asked what the next step would be, and he told me to «let him do his job» and then I’l have to come visit their office. It’s been 12 days and I’ve had no word from them. You might think that if someone is about to spend $ 20,000 on a kitchen, a company might return a call, plan a follow-up, or at the very least, send an email. Nada. I wouldn’t bother with this company.

Short Version: Great people — patient, and wonderful design. Highly Recommended. Long Version: I bought a house in May of 2011, and almost immediately started looking for a company to remodel the kitchen. I was short on budget, but long on time. The first thing that turned me on to Kitchen Creations is that they weren’t pushy(many otheres REALLY were). They worked with me for several months while I hemmed and hawed over cabinets, design, price, etc. I don’t think I finalized our contract until August — that says a lot about a contractor. There was no pressure, no hard sells, no jerk moves. Just good service. As anyone who has had a room redone — especially a room as central to your home as your kitchen — understands, it can feel like a very LONG process. However, Kim was on top of everything from beginning to end. Overall, the project was completed on schedule, at the quoted price. Oh, did I mention that Kitchen Creations bid this project lower than most, and they bid it(at my request) to code? That was huge for me since my house is in a historic district. All those fees added on by the city, and their bid was still lower than most others. Let’s talk about quality. I love my cabinets, and Kim was EXTREMELYPATIENT in working with me to find just the right set. I think I went back and forth about five times(hey, it’s a huge decision, and I can’t afford to have them redone next year). Kitchen Creations also set me up with a great contractor to do the demolition that was required, and I felt very comfortable with him, too. Finally, Kim stayed in contact after the remodel was done. There was a TINY knothole in a cabinet, and she had it replaced at no cost. She also made me feel very comfortable in calling with any unforseen issues that may arise. Basically, it was the complete opposite of the experience you expect with a contracator — they cared about the project after they got the final check. What more can I say? I honestly can’t say enough good things about Kitchen Creations — give them a call!
