2hrs and 30 minutes later for one cheesy bread with two garlic butter sides. Finally got my delivery. One cheesy bread, two marinaras. Couldn’t be more unsatisfied

Giving them a 2 because of how busy they were, otherwise it would be a 1 out of 5. Got the pizza wrong as well as the wings. Pretty typical of this location. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else, somewhere that cares about your business!

Everytime I order out for delivery, pizza comes quick, hot and how I want it. Pretty typical service and because its the only pizza joint for delivery in my area… I recommend

The manager is the only reason it’s a 2, not a 1. Look, people screw up. But 1 hour 15 minutes after I Call to find out food isn’t coming is unacceptable. Understaffed or unexpectedly busy, you should know what your eta is. I ordered a sandwich. Not ten pizzas. They delivered to the wrong address, and some lucky loser signed for my order. Manager comped the meal plus ten for my next order and offered to re deliver. It was 40 minutes past close at that point. Logistically, this place is bound to have issues. Prepare for that.

We called a pick up order in during a Sunday Football game, and came to pick up only to be advised that they were not able to take 100.00 bill and we were told to go next door for change. the business man next door seemed irritated that we came in to ask for change but we told him the Dominos told us to come over. We told Dominos we could not get change can you just break the 100.00 so we can get our order. The girl refused. Feeling angry and disappointed as we came home during the football game with no pizza we called the store to ask for a manager, turns out the 18 yrs old«ROMINA» that refused to take our money was also the manager. We expressed our disappointment that she did not advise us before we drove over there that they would not accept large bills and she said«well that’s your fault». what?! really? we told her where is the apology and concern for your customers satisfaction? apparently there is none because she continued to explain how it was our fault for not asking. Asked for the owners name and number and after several calls and voice mails left«Jeff» never returned our calls

The delivery driver smelled of some recently legalized herb and it disgusted me. I had to smoke 4 light bulbs of meth to get rid of the putrid stench. He then ordered me to go have a good night. IT’S AMERICADIRTBAG, DONTTELLMEWHATTODO.

Pizza was awfully greasy and the stuffed cheese bread just okay. Not happy for spending $ 30(including tip) for one pizza and one side. Ugh.

Walked in and Ordered the Carry Out Deal. For 7.99 with Three Toppings. Definitely watch your order. They gave me a Big 10 Slice Deal which isn’t what I had ordered. And something told me to check it. Glad I did. I walked back in returned it and waited for my original order. The Pizza with its toppings of Pepperoni, and Sausage and Ham with Hand Tossed crust. The Cheese was Gooey. Toppings were plentiful but not overpowering. This was my Downfall I probably should of thrown in Green peppers so i could have my Daily intake of vegetables. The crust was nice and buttery as well. Ive used them for Delivery As well, and Like the Tracking Feature and its always on time as well.

So here it goes: a friend and myself decided to order a couple pizzas over their mobile app. As we both didn’t have cash we decided to place our orders separately and pay with our respective cards. He placed his order then I went ahead and placed mine, both being delivered to the same address. About 50 minutes later the delivery driver calls my friend and sounds extremely flustered, saying he has two pizzas, two checks and one address and that he didn’t know where to go, the guy was clueless, there’s more evidence of that later, keep reading. So he shows up 15 minutes after the call. He says he knocked on a neighbors door(we gave him the correct apartment number but he decided to knock on this ladies door and upset her, as he went on to say) so then he has us sign and I say«shouldn’t there be another receipt and he says, «yeah it’s under this one.» Then I ask him«are there two orders? Two pizzas?» He says yeah. So I help bring in the first pizza and I think another one of my friends grabbed the other pizza and already brought it in, but nope, only one pizza. So I decide to chase after the dude but he’s gone, vanished like a pizza dude ghost. So I call his number and ask him what happened and that he should of had two pizzas. He gives me some spiel about how another delivery driver had the other order and couldn’t find the place so he went back to the store. Then he tells me to call the store. I do, they’re closed. I call him back and ask him to figure it out and give me something free with my order as this has already been a terrible experience. He says yes and that he’ll go back and figure it out. Well he never comes back and doesn’t even attempt to call. All in all these dudes are inefficient, ignorant, incompetent nincompoops and I would highly suggest never ordering from this store.

Grease is the Word. (See Photo For Further Proof.) Domino’s updated website and online ordering is nice, as is the«timer bar» if you are so inclined to stare at updates and wait for your pizza to be delivered. The pizza WAS delivered rather quickly. Although the delivery driver wouldn’t stop talking about how I live high up and need an elevator.(Seriously? You’re a DELIVERYDRIVER. Get over it!) The food… well, to be honest, the only thing I noticed that was different than the Domino’s Pizza I knew of Yesteryear was the less-spicy sauce.(I chose the marinara over the«Zesty» new one.) The toppings were more plentiful than other local places, which was nice. But after lifting one slice and peering at the insane grease pouring through the cardboard bottom of the pizza box, I knew there was a problem. Absolutely SOAKING through the cardboard. Ick. The new«Stuffed Cheesey Bread» was thick, topped with melted cheese and garlic powder(and grease of course), and«stuffed» with Mozzarella, Feta, and Spinach(and, it seemed, more garlic powder.) It was good(but greasy) and definitely would have benefitted from more of the«Stuffing.» Overall, though, I’m no more impressed with Domino’s than I recall being the last time I had it… about 10 years ago.

There was a time when I had sworn off Domino’s mostly have an incident in the Lowry one involving 3 hour wait and some super cold pizzas. Well w/the new commericals I figured I’d give them a new try– who knows maybe the pizza taste better(and maybe service has improved). Well my friends– it has. I ordered online– which works pretty great, tells you what stage your pizzas at, you can order light or heavy on the marinara and on the toppings, etc. Both times we ordered from them, my fault as I forgot to pull out chicken or beef, the food was great and it came w/in 30 minutes– not to shabby if you ask me. Though I try and be all natural and eat at home and not spend money to eat out(half my paycheck goes to Whole Foods already), the occasional splurge here isn’t a bad deal and won’t make you Hulk rage on service or food.
