Time of delivery always good. Bad thing is 3 times in a row they forget the sauces. This is sad. Get it together.

I stopped in to get cinna stix like a fat ass, and one of the employees(a cute blonde girl) was practically yelling about how bad her diarrhea was yesterday. «I swear I must have lost 10 lbs». So gross I was going to ask for a new order if she even touched mine. Sickening.

I just had a disappointing experience. I ordered my pizza online and it was about an hour until it was delivered. It’s Sunday after the Broncos game, so that’s understandable. Well my order was messed up, so I called in and the gentleman was very nice and immediately said they’d send out someone to correct my order. Well it was another hour until they came. Then, the delivery man was very nice at first, but I didn’t tip him. Maybe this was inconsiderate on my part, but I tipped the first driver before I realized my order was wrong. And it’s not the driver’s fault, but I honestly just didn’t have the cash to tip twice. Also. maybe it’s just me, but it shouldn’t cost the consumer more to have their order corrected. Well, when I walked away, the driver muttered under his breath about how I didn’t tip him and let my apartment building door slam behind him. The 2nd driver irritated me with that comment, but mostly I’m just disappointed that it took 2 hours to get the correct meal.

If you like the taste of moist cardboard then this is the place for you. Especially if Kelly makes it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Steve deliver your pizza he will be late and he will be a dick. Next time I will just eat some dirt. This place was awful. Update: this place still sucks

Had a terrible experience, was sent vouchers from corporate. Tried to use those at this location to see if I just had a bad experience… they forgot my order and then didn’t inform me until 30 minutes after the hour+ I had been waiting. Order Pizza Hut or something, this location has problems.

They are fast and my order has never been wrong. I am a frequent flyer and the only time they messed up was they forgot my sauces so make sure to check. Friendly guys.

I friggan love the Domino’s on Grant… the food is ALWAYS bomb and better than what I expect. I got the new specialty chicken with pineapple and jalapenos, the motzerella cheese and spinach stuffed bread and the molten cake desert. BOMB okay… listen… I used to order from Pizza Hut all the time but the pizza just wasn’t good at the joint on colfax… and my order was never right… I’ll be ordering from dominos moving forward believe that.

This is somewhat of a two-part review. Part 1: We’ve ordered pizza from here a couple times before with no issue(Domino’s is our pizza of choice for cheap/quick pizza). Part 2: Today we put in an order around 12:00 for 2 medium 2-topping pizzas to be delivered. In their(really great) online tool it informed us that it would take 37 – 47 minutes for our pizza to be delivered. Yay/normal so far. An hour and a half went by… no pizza. I called the store and the customer service representative informed me that they were on a 2-hour delay, likely due to the USA Pro-Cycling challenge which was rolling through downtown Denver. Which is fine… except we were informed that it would be 37 – 47 minutes. Just tell me a pizza is going to take 2 hours to get 5 blocks away, and we would have walked to go pick it up, no biggie. She told me that someone had recently left with our pizza and it should be at our place within 10 minutes. …another half hour goes by. Still no pizza. We finally got a call from the delivery driver telling us he had«been trying to get to our apartment for an hour.» Which I find very hard to believe. At this point 17th ave was closed, but our apartment complex is huge and is easily accessible on 4 different streets. I asked if he could meet me on Grant(not closed) and 17th, and he said that would be fine. So my husband went outside to go get the pizza. 15 minutes later my husband came back upstairs… the deliver guy never showed. We waited another 10 minutes — without hearing from him — and I called him back. He said he still was«unable to get to our place.» So we cancelled our order and I am hoping that charge will be refunded within the 72 hours as promised by the same customer service rep we spoke to earlier. All in all a disappointment. 2 and a half hours and no pizza. Again — my biggest annoyance is the fact that the estimated time was 47 minutes. Just tell me the truth about how long it’s going to take a pizza to travel 5 blocks. Likely will not order from here again.

I’m not gonna review the food, because everybody knows that Domino’s is garbage. The only reason I’ve ever gone here is because I live fifty feet away and I get in self-loathing moods where all I want to do is marathon LOTR and eat poison. In the half-dozen times I’ve gone here they’ve never once gotten my order right. Not once. It’s not like I’m ordering the Rube Goldberg of pizzas either, usually just a medium two topping. Hell, last time they completely lost my order when I showed up, wasting time that would have been better spent sobbing and watching the Ents attack Isengard. Order accuracy ain’t hard, dudes. To put it in perspective: say you send your wife out to buy milk, eggs, and butter. Every time, she instead comes home with ham, orchids, and a VCR. You’d probably divorce her, right? That isn’t the kind of genetic material you’d want passing down to your children and, besides, someone like that obviously can’t be trusted not to burn down the house while you’re away.

Dear Dominos — When I order a pizza to be delivered and ask for red pepper and parm packets and the response is «we only sell those by the shaker» my reaction is a high level of disappointment. I am in a hotel room. I have ZERO use for a red pepper or parm shaker. I only have use for packets. This is nothing to get super worked up about other than utter disappointment. #firstworldprobs.

The pizza I ordered had no cheese on it. Had no sauce and was burned! I also had to wait an hour and a half to get a replacement pizza. Called the manager and was terrible rude. I won’t be ordering here again!

What is so difficult about delivering a vegetarian pizza WITHOUT cheese? The person who took the order«assumed» I didn’t want mozzarella cheese so the pizza came with another type of cheese. We immediately called in the error but it TOOK A FREAKIN’ HOURFORTHECORRECTPIZZATOARRIVE. To add insult to injury, it was the worst pizza I have EVER eaten. Doughy, not fully cooked. Thrown together as though it was an annoyance. How they stay in business is beyond me. Granted, the«boss» bought the pizza since we had a late night at work and technically it was a «free lunch,» but… ugh. What an insult to my taste buds. Next time, I’ll kindly refuse and find an old shoe to eat instead.

Hey it’s Domino’s you are getting what you pay for… quick and easy, right. They always get my crust wrong but it’s still good.

Decent pizza but no better than any other fast food pizza. First time we tried their delivery and got it fairly soon, especially considering we are around the corner. We paid $ 31 for a «large» pizza including delivery cost. We typically eat at old Chicago and a medium pizza from there was the equivalent in size as a large pizza from Double D’s. We knew the price, but ordered anyway expecting an actual LARGE pizza. Split amongst three people, it was definitely not enough.

Pretty much a typical Domino’s. If you walk in and order it takes about ten minutes. Ask about cheap deals and specials before ordering.

The mobile app is way easy to use and this location got my pie to me quickly. Sure, it’s just down the street from my apartment but it was nice that we didn’t have to wait very long for delivery. We stuck with the basics: hand tossed crust, pepperoni and sausage and some diet coke to mix with our booze. Gotta try and stay healthy, right? If you keep the order simple then you can’t go wrong. I actually find Domino’s a little bit pricey but when it comes to convenience this is a good location and quick. I can’t overly rave about them but they didn’t screw up either. A-ok…

Sorry, Dominoes. The last two times I’ve ordered from this location, the order showed up cold and wrong. The first time, the pizza(by their own website counter) sat waiting to be delivered for over 25 minutes… the second time, it just took forever to actually be made, and then included only one topping when I’d paid for two. The website allows you to submit feedback about your order — I did that both times, and never heard a word back from Dominoes. Oh well. I really tried to be generous with you, Dominoes! But, fellow Unilocalers, don’t pay $ 20 for a cold meal that isn’t even what you wanted.
