Cherry Creek Shade & Drapery

Initially, I wasn’t impressed with CCAD. I had a designer come out to go over ideas for my daughters room, and despite a phone consult describing what I was looking, I felt she was unprepared and not that motivated. So I went elsewhere. We’ve since had every window treatment updated by «elsewhere». One of those treatments was a set of drapes. Four months later we wanted to change those drapes into 3 roman shades (plenty of fabric). They would not even entertain the idea of re-​making the drapes, despite the fact that the drapes were brand new. Cherry Creek Shade and Drapery stepped in, were more than happy to re-​do our drapes, measured and installed for a very reasonable rate. They came out beautifully, match the other in the room and the install was seamless and perfectly done.
I regret not using them from the beginning and wish I had more windows to cover. Highly recommend this local company.

We used Cherry Creek Shade and Drapery for our motorized drapery and shutters. We found Bonnie great to work with and very much in tune to what we wanted for our bedroom. We where not real sure about the bedding until Bonnie had drawn up what it would look like and had the fabrics together for us to see ! It was nice to work with a real designer and not a sales clerk to know exactly what your getting. Ashley did a wonderful job putting everything in for us and repaired a window covering for us that was there when we bought the house. We think there great !

I have now been waiting 15 weeks for shades that were promised in 4 – 6 weeks. They keep making excuses why they are not done. I used them because they were convenient and the promised turn around was 4 – 6 weeks even though they were the most expensive. I am very disappointed and will never use them again or recommend them.

The passage of time has dulled the frustration of years past, and I love me my electroniic shades. So CCS&D, I’m acknowledging that you (finally) did good work, and I want you to know how much I appreciate it.
The lesson?
Everyone makes mistakes, and everyone deserves a second (or third or fourth) chance.
