Great little café that offers local food, snacks, and pastries. Service is always amazing! Mixed coffee drinks are delicious. Try the Udi’s Big Apple Turkey sandwich, if they have it… they go quick!

I love Café Pure. They serve Kaladi coffee and the baristas are amazing. I don’t drink anything on the menu but the baristas are always willing to create new drinks that I can come up with.

Very friendly, fun and relaxed environment. The coffee was cheap $ 1.50 for 12oz and the burrito I had was delicious as well. Next time I’m nearby I’ll be coming back.

A strange thing happened… I had an epiphany about Pablo’s coffee. Let me set the stage in the sense that I walked down to cAfe Pure from my office, a nice brisk walk from my office in the CBD of Denver down to near Lodo(Denver is small when that walk takes 5 minutes– something that’s not possible in Atlanta as I found out the other week). Anyways, I stopped into CP, across from the Guranty bank after seeing the sign posted up outside saying«We sere Pablo’s». I am a big fan of Pablo’s coffee and do what I can to support it. I walk inside and I am actually greeted by a hair styling salon… scan to the left and Oh… there is a bar and a friendly barista standing behind it. I went up and ordered medium americano(CP didn’t have small). The barista certainly took a lot of care with the set up of the espresso, grinding the Pablo’s, knocking off loose grinds from the press, tamping the coffee down, and repeating. I knew I was going to get a good pour from this woman. As I waited, i glanced around to see what else they had. The chalkboards advertised your standard lattes, mochas, and what not. There were breakfast burritoss behind the glasss case(all sourced from somewhere in Denver/Boulder), which made me happy! Local support, yeah! There was also some baked goods, which looked super fresh! The wait didn’t take long as the barista quickly topped off the hot water and gave me an Americano. I thanked her and was on my way. Took a sip… and thought«This couldn’t have happened twice in a row at two different places»…took another sip.. .. .“Yeah… it did” Turns out that Pablo’s regular selection of coffees that I make at home is far superior to the espresso blend that they sell for local vendors. The roast has little silk, and the coffee notes don’t show up until the drink has cooled to room temp, roughly 20 minutes later. Overall, I was taken care of by the barista and got exactly what I ordered~ turns out it just wan’t exactly what I wanted. No more Pablo’s espresso for me.

As the other reviewers have stated, odd. Stopped in several times, and have really tried to like this place. But the lackadaisical, inconsistent service and coffee will keep me from being a regular customer. Sometimes the coffee is good, sometimes — not so much. Sometimes the café is open — sometimes not.

Strange and small… There is an atm inside and they sell beer and wine as well as some prepared foods. Inside a salon… Odd

Not very good. It’s on my way to work so decided to stop in. The girl behind the counter had no clue what she was doing and seemed to be preoccupied with her freshly burned and dyed mop-hair from from the solon. I had to explain my order, which is usually ok, but it seemed like an inconvenience to her. I asked her to only do one shot in it. «Well, I can only do two shots because it’s a manual.» «…ok, can you just put the cup under one side so that you only capture one shot?» «Well, I can only pull two…» «That’s fine, just throw the other one away.» «Well…» showing me the porter filter, «I can only pull two.» She never got it. I finally said, «ok, that’ll work.» It tasted like s***. I should have just left.

This is not Starbucks, thank God! They meet my every need and nice girls to boot. I could drink their almond milk latte everyday at $ 3 and some change. When I need a quick lunch picking up an Udi’s salad is just what I need. In addition, they have breakfast burritos, sandwiches and a little fruit if I recall. They also sometimes have Breadworks salads instead which aren’t my fave. Just not a fan of wilted lettuce.

Stumbled upon this place and am still slightly confused because it’s like. inside of a salon? Not a huge selection of food. Latte was just okay.

Was walking around downtown looking for something different. Can’t say I really found it today but I did find Café Pure. I found this a little odd, it’s attached to the Aveda Salon so when you walk in it’s like your walking into a Salon with coffee. Weird feeling. Very small amount of Udi products for a light snack or lunch. A half decent variety of espresso drinks and smoothies. I was in the mood for a smoothie so I opted for the Citrus one. Pretty good, nice and tart. I don’t know if I would go out of my way to come back but if you’re dying of thirst this will quench it.
