I have fallen in love with Ink! Coffee and happen to work near several locations. I have been to all locations but 1801 is THEBEST! When I ask for extra hot, it’s extra hot. Other locations, it’s just lukewarm even if I ask. The people are super friendly, always respectful, and the best White Almond of any of the Ink! Coffee stores I’ve been to. Keep up the great work, guys!

Busy with good vibe… delicious latte! Tight at serving counter. Great ink coffee burrito for breakfast!

I loved my experience at this new Ink! location! I worked here all day and the staff could have not been nicer or more accommodating. I ordered a peppermint tea because I was not feeling well and they offered to refill my tea cup throughout the day. I also ordered the tuna sandwich and the made it from scratch to my liking. I asked them to scoop out the inside of the bread(lower carbs) and they put all of their vegetables on the sandwich along with their homemade balsamic dressing. I was shocked to know that they make everything in house and it was delicious. I couldn’t finish the sandwich because it was so big, but can’t wait to come back again and try one of their salads!

This coffee shop just opened in the lobby of the revamped CenturyLink building(f/k/a Qwest building). The coffee is yummy, smooth and creamy and not at all bitter — 5 stars for that! However, there are quite a few reasons why i probably will rarely go there. 1) Service is S — L — O — W. I get that better food takes longer to prepare, and i get that new staff are still learning. But i waited 5 mins while 3 staffpersons worked on a couple of drinks. Definitely not an option on my rushed daily commute. 2) No small iced coffee drinks! How crazy is that!!! If you prefer iced coffee, you either go big or go home. They claim that their«recipes» only work in large cups, which doesn’t really make much sense. 3) No personalization of the drinks possible(beyond changing the milk). Guess i’m high-maintenance, but i want my small iced soy caramel thingie(preferably with less syrup and only one shot of espresso). And i want it FAST! Luckily, there are a couple of Starbucks nearby …
