Amazing Satellite

Directtv Corporate has rewarded us over 3 months of free service, discounted our channel upgrade and has sent out a corporate technician to fix our problems. This was because of multiple corporate violations by Amazing Satellite and there is currently a «presidential office» review of this company. This was a good lesson. Call corporate from the start!

The service is very personable. Very nice people. You’re doing business with an actual PERSON rather than a cold corporation. Give Sam a call.

I travel out of a bus and just switched from Dish to Direct TV… As usual if you are going to have a problem it will be away from home.
So after numerous phone calls to Direct TV and local satellite installers I came up with NOTHING! The problem I have is that I have a KVH in motion satellite which is a great satellite and also it was expensive, but only tracks one satellite at a time and no high def, therefore everyone from Camping World on down was willing to sell me and install a new satellite ranging from $ 2250.00 to $ 3500.00 go figure…
Finally I wound up speaking with Sam from Amazing Satellite, (Sam was AWESOME)!!! He was concerned about saving me money as I would have gladly paid him to come and repair my system. He said let’s walk through a few things and figure this out… So after him being very patient with me and guiding me through the steps he fixed it! It wound up being a setting in the Direct TV satellite receiver which I feel Direct TV should have tried to troubleshoot with me but never took the time.
Sam told me to see how it works over the weekend and if I have any trouble just give him a call and he’ll come to the coach and fix it!
I was amazed that in a city as large as Denver and the amount of RV’ers here
The only qualified technician in Denver is Sam @ Amazing Satellite!
