Stick to the basics. Burger/​Fries/​Soda. I gave this another chance and the drive thru wait is still long but the #1 was not bad. Raised my rating from 1 to 2 stars.
Tips: Bring your own ketchup or get some from 7 – 11 or please owners «replace those cheap packets please.»

Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was a hamburger Patty chopped up in the bun. If I wanted a burger, I would have ordered one. Very disappointed with this place. Will not be coming back.

I always enjoy this place. They’re friendly, food is fresh and desserts are delicious. Our order is always correct. I love the chicken philly and pastrami.

This was my first time eating at this place since it took over A&W that used to be here at this location years back. I had the bacon double cheeseburger and spicy chicken salad. Be prepared that they serve big servings and they’re pretty filling. The food was great! I used to come to this place a lot when my brother used to live in Delhi years back and I used to come and visit, but this place was still A&W back then. My brother just recently moved back to Delhi and that’s how we just came across this place. I truly do miss the A&W, but the food here wasn’t so bad! They will never know when I’ll be back again!

Other then the shrimp still having the vein (that’s where they poop from) the food and service is very nice and not over priced I was kinda hesitant to return my food and get something else. I’m always looking for a cool mom and pop shop to get food from so I got the wings instead so we shall see

Hey they might take longer than mcnastys but the quality is not bad for a place like this me an the fam have tried a lot of stuff obviously some being better than others but I like there lil cheap chicken sandwich tell them to make it crispy be patient for a few minutes an u just might be surprised I was an I’m a picky eater IDK seen all the bad feedback an figured I’d show a lil love an there twisted cones are off the hook steak Sammy is pretty good to just gotta give it a chance find out what u like just like everything in life I guess

Poor quality cooking and ingredients. This would be a 3 star if the prices were cut in half to match orders.
I believe they take the cheapest frozen food that can be bought at the grocery store and fry it. The hot dog for example must have been a bar/​fosterfarms fried.
Time of turnaround service is poor. This is based on my visit I was the only one and it took longer than fast food. I agree with Aaron stick with better fast food. Just south in Livingston you will find almost all the chain fast food franchises.

I would give this establishment two stars, but then I would be lying. Their prices are ridiculous. I paid $ 5 for a cheeseburger, and when I got it, there wasan’t even cheese on it. Want a burger? Go to mcdonalds, it will be much more worth your time than this place. I have forgiven this place two seperate times. The last time they did give me cheese on my burger. However, it wasant melted. They just slapped it on there so it would take less time. Lazy effort. The fries, i have a feeling they bought them from save mart and added a large amount of salt. Their milkshakes are average, nothing special. There’s only so many times you can forgive a business before you decide that its time to make a change.

Food has been great every visit. The garlic fries are good not overpowering burgers are good and fulfilling will definitely keep eating here

This place needs a lot of improvement. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food it was over 30 minutes. To top it all the food was not appealing at all. Our hot wings were not «hot», tasteless, and dry. They don’t carry buffalo/​BBQ sauce for the wings. Our chilly cheese fries were okay. But I would not re order them. The only good thing we had during this visit was our Oreo milkshake and ice cream cone. I will not order food again unless I see a change/​improvement in the restaurant. I will be back to try their other sweets.

Currently three stars after 4 vists, and only being open 5 days.
First I would like to say that the franchisee or corporate which ever it may be, should be ashamed of them selves. This location has been packed all day every day since it opened. Understaffed and not managed well, to say the least. Expect a 20 – 40 minute wait to order if walking in during the evening. On top of that a 25 minute wait on your order. All tickets are hand written and a lot of confusion between front of house and back of house.
Sadly the first two days food was great. Third and fourth day quality went down.
On our third visit we order basically the same things as our previous visits. With the exception that my husband tried the chicken strip dinner, after seeing and trying our daughters order of the chicken strip basket. On this night, I too changed my order and went with the large side of cheese fries. My burger was great but the fries, well there was about 15 small pieces of fries smothered in cheese. About a third of the container, it looked pitiful. Both the chicken strip orders looked very unappetizing also. Very pale in color and much smaller pieces than the previous orders.
It clearly states that the food is as pictured, and that the pictures are taken of actual orders. Not the case the last two times.
My fourth visit was with another family member. We called in our order. I was told 25 minutes. We were already there when I called so I went in to pay. 40 minutes standing in line and only one cashier. I didn’t want to cut through the line so I waited patiently. When finally getting to the register my order was not ready. Half was but they scrambled to get the rest together. So we had cold food and warm food. Luckily, I checked the order, even after two employees did, we were missing cheese fries. $ 43.00, over an hour wait and pitiful looking food. I asked for corporates number. They didn’t know it. I explained that I am not one to complain but did want to speak with someone about the quality of food and how the restaurant staff was doing the best they could with the volume of customers and just a few employees.
I don’t blame the staff. Those whom are responsible for this establishment should be ashamed. They left their new employees high and dry. Management needs better training. They need to step up and let the customers know what is going on. What they are out of, and just be friendly. I may have given 4 stars had the manager come out or been out front helping the girl at the register. She was completely frazzled, kept messing up and having to ask the guy making desserts what they had and what not. A nice announcement with an apology for the extended wait times every know and then would go a long way with the guests whom are sweating in line and fanning them selves with menus. People are easily pleased. Just take the time to inform your guests of what is going on.
1^st update:
Things have calmed down. We have visited in afternoon and early evening. No more lines, cooking time is down to about 10 minutes from time of order. Seems to be that during the mad rush of opening week they must have run out of chicken strips and used another company or local warehouse. The chicken strips are now back to descent size with a crunchy coating that browns well. Portions have been spot on and workers are smiling. I have tipped each time and let them know how nice it is to see them finally smiling. I fully recommend this establishment at this current time. Great prices and awesome food.

Food was really good. Service not so great. I think once the employees get a little more training this will be an excellent place.

The service was really slow but they’ll get the hang of it in a couple of weeks. I got the candy mix and it was really good! I recommend it.
