McDonald’s

They’ve been getting my order right lately, I hate to jinx myself. Nice crew in the morning and afternoon.

I really don’t think I’ve been to this McDonalds enough to give it a full review, so please take this one with a grain of salt.
I mostly use the drive-​thu and haven’t had any problems in years. However, since I started working third shift, I use the drive-​thru at about 10pm to get a drink or snack on my way into work. I have to say that the staff’s courtesy is like night and day.
Recently, I stopped by with the intention of getting a tea and sandwich. Then, when it was my turn, the associate was extremely nasty. It wasn’t what she said, it was HOW she said it. I immediately changed my mind about the sandwich and just ordered my tea. When I pulled up to the window, she had no pleasantries at all. No smile or anything. When she handed change back, she tossed it into my hand and it fell all over the ground outside, then she slammed the window and walked away. Didn’t apologize, offer to help, or even show concern.
What a way to set up the rest of my night!
I gave 2 stars because my tea was good. ;)

Worst customer service ever! While waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, we watched an employee walk or on front of a customer driving. The lady in the car beeped at her and the employee cussed at the lady. Plus we didn’t get all of what we ordered.

The other reviews on this McDonald’s are correct. It is seriously one of the worst run fast food places I have ever been to. All of the workers here have the worst attitude towards the customers and never treat the consumer with respect. I said the thank you to one of them for my food and they just responded with a «yeupp» and slammed the window.

Seriously, a gang of employees behind the counter yelling at each other and using profane language. Totally out of control.

As McDonalds go this is a good one, they have dual drive thru ordering lanes big plus, paid at 1^st window the attendant was super nice confirmed my order took my money thanked me for stopping she had a great smile. Picked up my order at second window greeted with a smile she double checked my order made sure I had a straw and napkins and thanked me for stopping. The food was delivered fast and hot the sandwich was put together neatly and it was a good experience. If I have to stop to grab a quick lunch on the go this is my choice. :-) great job seems to be well managed the grounds were clean it was busy but they were efficient.
