Amazing water front view, excellent customer service and the room was so nice! We got a deluxe one bedroom with a terrace to lay out in the sun. Great family vacation spot! We horseback rode, kayaked, walked the beach, saw the lighthouse, and ate at some great fresh seafood restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

I stay here every year, usually love it. The renovations look nice and the price is not bad but all it takes is one poor customer service moment and I’m not interested in returning, you can thank Jasmine at the front desk for the loss of a (past) returning/​referall customer. She was rude and snappy, the exact opposite of hospitality.

Large 2 bedroom units with great views. Kitchen is totally stocked with everything you need. 2 bedroom and 2 full baths with a very comfy pull out couch. 2 walk out balconies from each room with great views. The front staff was very nice. We were asked if we wanted an update and we told them no; so for the most part the sales crew has left us alone. We have been members for 7 years and we have been to this resort 3 times.

A friend of a friend of a friend has a timeshare here — and I had no problem mooching lol — this lady was so nice letting us play for the day at the pool. She asked if she could bring guests to the pool area — and they were totally fine with it. I had so much fun playing at the pool, great music, food and polite staff. This is right on the beach — so basically, there was no reason to leave.
Though I am not into timeshares (just too complicated and much too much commitment for me), I would definitely return here.

Recently stayed at this property in September of 2012 for fall break. To be fair, this property is undergoing a major overhaul, so I’ll keep that in mind for this review. SUPER noisy due to the renovations going on. Staff is very nice an helpful, but really – they just should have shut this place down during this reno. Will be glad to see how it turns out, just too bad that we had to live through it on our vacation. Love the location on a quiet part of the beach. Going to complain to BG to get points back and try again!
