McDonald’s

All I wanted was a coffee & a biscuit. There was another man waiting to place his order. We stood there for about two minutes before one of the two employees even acknowledged our presence. A «be with you in a minute» or «someone will be with you shortly to take your order». The two employees weren’t too happy to assist. No pleasant smile or even a «can I help you?» I just told her what I wanted. Never did she ask if eat in or take out. When my order was done, three others were waiting. Not once did the employee say a greeting. Only reason I stop here is convenience of location. I don’t think this is what Ray Kroc envisioned. Sad.

This is a nice McDonalds. It has a play area that even has a computer to use. Nice décor too and tvs set up.

This is a new style McD’s that had a limited «Dollar Menu» compared to others. For example there is no side salad offered, no sundaes, etc. One very weird counter person. Oddly busy at 9 pm on a Sunday.

Unfortunately since my original review last July, I’ve seen little improvement in this location. I was extremely hopeful that with their big renovation that the service would be renovated too. Not so. With two drive through lines often jammed, I have gone in, and waited LONGER than I would had I just stayed in my car. Our orders have often been incorrect or neglecting a specific ingredient; and of course aren’t found until I get home and open it up. I do realize that no one is perfect and mistakes happen. However, of all the fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity of this one (Taco Bell, KFC, etc.) this is the only one we’ve ever had any issues with. If they all can get it together, I’d expect that McDonald’s would be on par too.

24hr drive thru… You may sit in it for 24hrs before you get your food. Fill your gas tank at the speedway across the street first. Awfull! Hope my foods hot when I finally get to pay and actually get the food.

Pretty clean, food was okay for a mcdonalds. Brought the fam and there was plenty of room. Getting in and parking is a tad confusing. All in all, not too bad.
