This place is helpful at times and frustrating at others. The staff seems to never last very long and because they are constantly turning over there is a lot of contradictory information. Warning: NEVER EVER BUY THE INSURANCE THEY OFFER YOU!!! Its a scam. You will pay $ 11 a month which buys you nothing because when you need to use it the deductible is so high you may as well just buy a new phone. Instead, go online and shop for better insurance. This store is awesome! So helpful and efficient. Got my new iPhone 6 so quickly and smoothly. The employee that helped me was so nice and patient. Definitely happy with the customer service and will be going back.

I just bought two iPhones as Christmas gifts… I have never had a phone sale go so quickly and smoothly… twice! Loved the service in the store and the knowledge of the sales rep… And my family was thrilled with the new iPhones.

I hate shopping for phones or changing my plan. I had my previous phone for four years, so I knew a change would be difficult.
But the help I received at Sprint from Andrew and Estabon was so efficient, sincere, and personable. They both made a situation that I expected to be frustrating something simple and enjoyable. They really care about customer service and went beyond my high expectations.
I hate some of Sprint’s policies and outrageous fees, but that is out of their control. And what they could help with, they did. I will refer people to Sprint at University Mall and go back there for any additional help i may need in the future.

I just switched over from AT&T to Sprint, and the employees here were awesome! I usually do everything online, but I wanted to port my number over to Sprint and wanted them to apply an employee discount on my account. They got me all set up with a new plan and a new phone, which came in the next day. Everything was explained well and the employees were very professional.
Big props to Andrew who helped me out. Keep up the good work man!

They were very helpful, or at least well-​intentioned but my phone still stinks. I have no problem with Sprint, been with them for 15 years or so but I sure got a lemon of a phone this last time. Not from this store, though. I gathered this store is new and it’s great they have another location people can turn to without having to drive far. They appeared to be quite busy on a Sunday.
