My food was fine, but the breakfast menu at this place (and maybe all carl’s jrs now?) was really limited. they only had like 4 different breakfast sandwich options. :(

This Carl’s Jr. is a little bit different then the rest, in a somewhat good way. It’s really clean and fast due to the lack of customers. But that’s also a good thing because every time I order fries it comes out fresh! The downside to this place is that they charge $ 1 for debit card. This might be a smart money making scheme being that the Carl’s Jr is in a college town full of college students with debit cards.

I didn’t like this place in the beginning, but my husband liked it so I came here several times. I start to like it. I tried their beef burgers which were really good. The beef was flavored and tasty. The size is big. I like their fried chicken, very tender and crispy. Sometimes I use the coupon too, and it was real bargain! The staff are very nice too. Very satisfied.

Using debit cards will put a $ 1 surcharge which they don’t tell you about. If you notice it after the purchase the worker simply gives you an unapologetic sorry as she’s already walking away from you. I think it’s bs that a small fries can cost more than a large because of the surplus

I walk by here all the time and never see people here. The deals here are a lot better than the Carl’s Jr on campus at the Silo. I eat here when I’m tired from studying and running errands.

Why are you reading an Unilocal review for a fast food restaurant? If you are thinking about eating fast food, Unilocal rating shouldn’t be your top priority. It’s Carl jr, you probably decided to eat here because you got the bi-​weekly coupon from them and realized that 1. You already had del taco earlier this week, 2. Your digestive system isn’t ready for kfc just quite yet after your visit to that establishment a month ago, and 3. Wendy’s not in Davis anymore.
The place is clean, the food is fine, my stomach is empty, and my heart can take a few more cholesterol, so that’s why I’m here. And I didn’t feel like breaking bank for lunch today.

Finally! A Carl’s Jr. with a drive-​thru! After years of having to park and go inside to order at the Carl’s Jr. across town, this Carl’s Jr. has answered my prayer that one day I might be able to order a charbroiled burger from the comfort of my own car (and in my pajamas)…
The burgers here a good, definitely more meaty when compared with McDonald’s/Burger King, and I enjoy the distinctive charbroiled flavor. The crisscut fries are small pieces of fried potato heaven that someone managed to find their way to earth. If you’re here and aren’t ordering crisscut fries, you aren’t doing it right.
Service is fast and friendly and the inside of the restaurant was clean and tidy. Overall, one of the best fast food burger places in town.
