Everything at the CoHo is delicious. The baked goods are always wonderful and the spicy chai latte is perfectly cozy. It can get pretty busy, but the food is so good it makes up for it. Everything is pretty cheap.

Pretty good spot to study and eat! It can get really crowded fast though. Also there’s no outlets anywhere, so if you’re planning to stay there long, make sure your battery is fully charged! But it’s in a nice location, smack dab in the middle of campus pretty much and right near a lot of the popular buildings and the library. There’s a huge food/coffee/tea selection too. Plus everyone who works there is super nice! If you’re in a rush though, don’t count on getting things very fast since it’s super crowded. If I get anything from here, I usually take it to-go and eat somewhere else since it’s hard to find a spot. \ Other than that, a great place to work/relax/hang out with friends!

Super convenient great place. Their coffee is so-so, but it is very reasonably priced.

Good study space, but always crowded. Food and coffee are average. But the bagel place has awesome chicken salad!

This place is an excellent resource for the Aggie. If I were an undergrad I think I’d frequent this lovely café. Nowadays, though, I see this as a super busy, middle-of-the-road location to grab something while you are busy. I got a coffee there, but there are so many other great cafes around where I can actually breathe. But it serves a purpose and it is accordingly very busy.

I’m usually okay with food from the CoHo, but I got food poisoning from a TxMx burrito. I don’t know if it’s due to poor food handling or due to manufacturing, but I’ve been out the entire day.

I’ve tried just about everything at the coho from the pizza to the sandwiches to the sushi and burritos. All of their food is good. I haven’t found something that I didn’t like or enjoy. It’s really convenient when you’re stuck on campus and don’t want to walk to downtown to eat. The prices can vary but are pretty cheap overall. The sushi can be pretty expensive like $ 7-$ 10 but I think the sushi is actually good and worth the price. Their bowls of pasta can range from $ 3-$ 5. Pizza and bagels are about $ 2. Drinks range from $ 1-$ 5. It’s all really cheap. The college friendly prices is definitely one of the best things at the coho. You know you’re getting a decent and well made snack/meal for a cheap price. Lines can get veryyy long during lunch time but fortunately the students work really fast and you can get your food in no time. It sucks that they close pretty early in the day. I believe around 5pm they’re already closed. So if you have late classes just head over to the south coho or Silo for food.

CoHo is okay for stopping by between classes, but I wouldn’t call it my go-to place to eat or get a drink because their selection of food isn’t quite my taste and there is never any seating here. There’s always some awkward interaction I get here from seeing people I see every now and them, I kind of just avoid the place altogether because of it. But I’ll give it 3 stars for its convenient location next to the bus stop and between Wellman and Soc. sci, and the place is always really well lit. There are reasons why it’s very popular on campus, but they’re simply not for me.

The COHO is a god send. I’m vegan, and the vegan options they have at the Cooks vendor is a blessing! I’m particularly fond of Cooks because the line tends to move faster than at other vendors! Also, I like their marinara pasta and spicy artichoke pasta. Their Jamaican Lentil Soup is the BEST. Another blessing is the TxMxGrill. The burritos there are SO affordable. A regular sized burrito with rice, beans and salsa is $ 2.25! The larger sized burrito is around $ 4 and seriously keeps me full the whole day! The one vendor I’m not too impressed with is the salad bar. Although all the veggies are fresh, the price is expensive — $ 5.25 for a simple salad with no protein and seven toppings! I still like getting their salad though, I just wish it was less expensive. Their sandwiches and bagels are pretty good — except that the main spreads I get on them are avocado and hummus, and they both cost extra :(. Overall though, I really like the COHO! It’s usually packed, but getting food is pretty quick, especially at Cooks! High rating seriously for convenience.

I mostly order from the Cooks station, which they advertise as home cooked meals. The platters i’ve gotten so far are the Indian Food Platter, the Meatloaf Platter, I’ve gotten just the marinara a la carte and the curry tofu a la carte. All of this stuff were very affordable. The platters run about $ 6.50 and the a la carte options run about $ 3.50. Portion can vary sometimes though, which I’ve read on here is the case at the pizza station. But considering that the pricing is already great, plus essentially 50% discount because I pay with the gift cards, it suits my budget and want of convenience perfectly. My favorite is the meatloaf platter, I think it’s delicious. The other stuff is just okay though; just standard food, but much better than the fast food or ramen that we college students might resort to. Other stations I’ve tried is the Ciao station, which serves breakfast in the mornings and pizza/burgers after 10am. Burgers include regular, salmon, veggie, and turkey burgers. I’ve tried the salmon and it’s pretty decent. I frequent the breakfast here the most. I either get the oatmeal or the acai bowl. One time the oatmeal was kind of horrendous, it was really really dry, probably because it had been sitting in the tub for awhile, but every other time it’s been great. A small negative is that you have to pay for fruit and nut toppings :(. The acai bowl is a little more pricey, but it’s delicious! The sushi section is okay, just what you’d expect from premade sushi– nothing to call home about, but it works and is decently priced. And of course the coffeehouse is a frequent stop. I like that they give soy milk creamer for free. But don’t get their bubble tea, it’s rather terrible to be honest… I also do a lot of school work here. I like to sit near the windows and look out on the people walking around. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxed and as a law student, it’s a good refuge.

When you’re stuck on campus for the long haul and you forgot to pack yourself some food for snacking or lunch, there aren’t many choices around school. I would actually much rather venture the short five minute walk to Sam’s to get a good meal, but when I don’t have the time or I want something to snack on, I’ll go to the coho. Swirlz bakery — coffee is pretty decent here. Save some money and bring your own container. On finals week they often have a 50% off coffee. — Baked goods are hit or miss. The best ones(imo) are the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and the carrot cake. Others are too dry or too sweet(aka pumpkin cake, apple pie, chocolate chip bar, chocolate croissant) — Carrot cake is by far the best I’ve had. I don’t like super chunky; this carrot cake is for the ones who like light carrot cakes FULL of just shredded carrots. — I hear they have good ice cream. They have green tea flavor! Cooks — For meals, I like to hit it up here. You can check their daily menu on the site that’s updated the night before at around 9pmish( ) — You can ask to sample if you’re not sure — Quiche is usually safe and cheap choice($ 2.25) — If you don’t want rice they won’t fill your bowl all the way full — DONOT get the cornbread. I tried it three times and each time I’ve been led with disappointment and a mouthful of unpleasant clumps of baking powder. Ciao: — Known for their pizza slices, but they have sandwiches too! — Pizza slices are huge and around $ 2ish, but they’re not high quality. It’s very doughy and the(excess amount of) bread tastes undercooked most of the time.

I try to go here when it isn’t that crowed, but we all know thats impossible. the line to get the food, and the line to pay for the food can get quite long. So, I try to avoid this place as much as possible. It’s great when a guy makes my food because they tend to grab bigger portions and that way I get more food. Ha! But they can be sloppy too so there really isn’t much I can do. The workers are cool, never came across any problems– I once got a moldy salad from the pre-made section, and they were happy to replace it. As for the food– its ok. Like I said, my last resort.

There’s about 8 different food vendors inside the CoHo– Mexican, phở, salads, sandwiches, bagels, pasta/soups/rice plates, pizza, and coffee/pastries. Definitely not anything to rave about, but it does the trick when you’re starving in between classes and forgot your lunch. I personally really like the pizza, bagels, and salads sections, but I’m not really a fan of the sandwiches or phở; never tried the Mexican food but I heard their taco salads are hella good. The prices are kinda ridiculous, but kinda understandable at the same time. But the staff works hard and there are some dishes I actually crave(pizza, tofu/turkey chili, and pesto pasta).

If you want cold fresh drinking water, bring your own Nalgene/stainless steel/glass water bottle, fill it with ice at the drinks dispenser, and walk over to the filtered drinking water dispenser b the west entrance and fill up your water bottle. This is also the area of the coho where they have 1, and unfortunately only 1 microwave. The line to heat up your food gets pretty long during lunch so I’d recommend taking a slightly earlier or later lunch if you brought your own food. Either that or prepared to wait for microwave use. In general, the food here is pretty expensive for what you get. To get the most bang for your buck, I usually go to fresh mex to get a burrito. They can run pretty dry sometimes so don’t expect too much. The coho does offer a good selection in addition to Mexican such as sushi, indian, pizza, pasta, bagel sandwiches, etc. It’s hard to find an open seat here for lunch.

Despite the fact that it’s very difficult to find a seat here during the day, I love hanging out here while waiting for classes. I can satisfy my craving for a caramel macchiato… and there is boba here now. B.O.B.A… It may not be the best, but when I’m desperate, anything will do. It does leave a bad taste afterwards, but it’s cheap. Most of the people working here are students and as baristas, they do very well. I never had a single problem with any of my orders or transactions. There’s also lots of baked goods/sweets which I usually have to get with my drink. It’s decent and hits the spot.

You just can’t beat this place when it comes to convenience. The sushi they sell here is pretty good and the coffee is great, easily one of the top five best places to buy coffee although, again, because it is in such a convenient location, it can get very crowded. Even the professors come here.(Which is probably a good sign.) I also like the selection of drinks and snacks they have here. A lot of them are very healthy and not too overpriced. I liked being able to buy fruit and veggies and tea with no HFCS before class.

Nugget of wisdom for fellow broke college students: you can get a HUGE meal that can be portioned into lunch AND dinner, for less than $ 3. Yes, people. Two meals for $ 3. I present to you the Regular Taco Salad from the TexMex station. Get it without the tortilla(makes it even cheaper), extra black beans, extra pico de gallo, extra cheese, and it comes out to around $ 2.35. Great source of fiber from the beans(shout out to Prof Applegate for that tip), vitamin A from the tomatoes, and plenty of lettuce. If you want extra protein, you can add in tofu, chicken or beef for a little extra(comes out to like $ 4 I think). There you have it everyone: the secret to how I sustain myself while living off-campus.

If I could give it no stars, I would. I don’t have any particular feelings about the CoHo, its food made by students, you kinda have to know what your getting yourself into here. So I only go here when found in desperation for food and usually stick to things that are hard to mess up like pizza and cereal. To my dismay, those have been messed up. I have had undercooked pizza on multiple occasions because I don’t learn my lesson. So pizza from the CoHo has been off my list for months now. Cereal has been my go to and today when I poured my fat free milk into my special K, I noticed a odd consistency and kind mixed my cereal up. THEMILKWASCHUNKY. CHUBBYMUNKEYCHUNKYPEOPLE. GROSS.

Good variety of food everyday. Phở, burritos, sandwiches, pizza. All student ran. Food is done cafeteria style. You order from which restaurant you want and you pay as you leave. Some menus change everyday. Very kid friendly and student employee are usually always very friendly.

Sooo many options! I love that the Coffee House on campus offers such a broad variety of foods: Mexican, Japanese, Italian, American… Unfortunately not all their food tastes good. There will definitely be a bunch of hits and a bunch of misses. For example, the stale bread of those sandwiches… Don’t get the bahn mi there — the bread is soo hard and stale): They have a large variety of drinks so you’ll surely be able to find something to quench your thirst. The best is their supreme nachos from Texmex and bagels. Pizza is cheap and pretty good as well.
