Another great trip with John’s Car Service, this time to and from Fort Lauderdale airport. Picked us up exactly on time and got us to our terminal quickly and safely. Upon our return, he waited patiently for over a half hour due to our late arrival with no complaint, plus a handy cart to take our luggage to his nearby car. He handled everything cheerfully in spite of the late hour and we were home in a flash in the rain and he even wheeled our luggage to the front door! No better service anywhere and for about the same price as self-​parking at the airport while we were gone.

If you are in need of a car service while in Ft Lauderdale or Miami you MUST call John car service!!! Here is why: he answered the call, he charges flat rates which include tip, tax and tolls, he is cheaper than a cab, he is very knowledgable about the area, friendly, prompt, and very clean cars! I travel 3 times a week for business and he is the best I have seen, been in business for 18 years, reliable reliable reliable !! I referred him to several other people who were all very satisfied Need I say more? Just call him, you will be extremely well cared for.

Excellent! Excellent! I am so happy with my car service from John’s Car Service. Both limos were clean and both rides were early! Charlie, the driver, got us back and forth from the airport to the Miami Cruise Port and back again in record time (once in a bad rainstorm) If I ever am in the area and need a car service again– this will be the company I call!

We flew into Ft. Lauderdale airport for our cruise out of Miami. This is the second time I used John’s Car Service. This service is the only one I will use when I cruise out of Florida. The booking process is easy, John gets right back to you when you email him. The vehicles are spotless and the drivers are courteous and friendly and on time.

I have been using John’s Car Service for years now. Always on time. Great choice of clean cars and great rates. I highly recommend John. The service is so pleasant I book him as much as I can with my familys travel transportation needs as well. Looking forward to seeing you next time John.

We have been using John for years for all of our trips to the airport. His cars are very clean and comfortable. He’s always a few minutes early and gets us to our flight with time to spare. We won’t use any other car or limo service. John is the BEST!

John is a great guy. I have used his car service twice, both times from Ft Lauderdale to Miami and back. I’ve driven with him and other drivers and all were really personable and funny. It’s always a town car or black SUV but a solid, comfortable ride. Way better than a taxi, because it’s a guaranteed rate and not metered. I’d rather pay the same price and get more comfort and style. Plus I learned a little bit more about the local area that I never knew on the drive there.

We utilized John’s car service for picking us up from the airport on a Friday to take us to our hotel in downtown Miami, then 8 days later to pick us up from our cruise port and take us to the airport in Ft. Lauderdale.
Timely, professional and the car was spotless (a stretch limo, which the boys loved). John himself was our driver both ways and is a pro all the way.
If we have a need in the Miami area in the future, we’ll have our limo/​ground transportation needs spoken for to be sure!

Just called him and told him i arrive at 12:30 am on friday and want to go to miami. He told me ask the shuttle van when you come out of the terminal. wont call him again.

We had such a great experience with John because he followed through with his commitments to be on time, be available by phone whenever I called, and to get us to and from the port on time (even with heavy traffic he professionally drove out of the trouble spots with ease). He was professional in how he greeted us, drove the vehicle, and handled our bags. He even gave us great advice about the cruise and we really felt that he was more like a caring friend than a driver for hire. His prices were competitive with other companies and his vehicles were clean inside and out. We look forward to asking him to drive us to and from the port when we go on our next cruise.

We were in Ft Lauderdale to cruise out of Miami. There was a problem with our prearranged car service & at 1am I was searching for a car service to transport us to Miami that morning. Even though it was 7am the day we needed transportation, John’s car service called me back right away & was our knight in shinning armor. He arrived on time, was very nice & professional & the limo (it was just a bonus because we only needed a town car) was clean & comfortable. We cancled our other service for transport back after the cruise & had John’s pick us up again in Miami back to Ft Lauderdale & again, on time, nice SUV & professional. I can’t say enough about why you should pick John’s service over the others. I know that I will be keeping this card for future use & look forward to having them take good care of us again. When I called, he was in publix shopping, busy, then he called back 10 minutes later with attitude that I went with someone else. Rudeness and being unprofessional in a world where time is money won’t get you far. I will try this company again in the future and review again.

John’s car service was great! The price was wonderful too. We were picked up in a very clean black Yukon extended SUV very promptly. No problems from the start to the end and John even gave us a lot of history about the city and we had a GREAT conversation the entire way. Even after drop off I received a nice thank you text. Extra special touch. :-)

John and his staff were great! I looked around on a couple of websites to schedule a car service from Ft Lauderdale Airport to a Carnival Cruise porting from Miami. Before booking I emailed him our flight details and I called to confirm our reservation the day before and called when I landed to say I was there! When I say ON TIME I mean he was ON TIME! We were met at baggage claim with a sign and helped with our luggage. Our transport to the cruise was a spacious, clean, and comfortable SUV. The driver gave us information about the different places there in town and also had great conversation while we waited on our luggage. He also gave us tips on how to get off the ship early because we had a early return flight back to MS.
When we got back from our cruise I called John to let him know that we were at the port. He was there within minutes in a BLACK STRETCH LIMO! The car was so comfortable, spacious (there were only 2 of us) and a great end to a cruise. We had ample time to make it to our flight and time to grab some breakfast.
I highly recommend John’s Car Service and will use them the next time I am in the Ft Lauderdale /​Miami area.

My trusted Unilocal app (@YelpMiami — twitter) led me to John’s Car Service after I noticed my wife getting tired from all the walking we were doing to look at historic and Art Deco buildings in town. I called and arranged a tour of the Greater Miami area.
John sent over Charlie and a roomy SUV. We ventured into fantastic neighborhood gems, including a stop or two (one for cuban coffee, which was quite a nice break) to look around a bit.
It was a lovely day and the service was perfect. Thank you John! I Will call again.

I called him to take me to a clinic for a small surgical procedure and to pick me back up. It was the first time I had had surgery and I was quite light headed after the procedure. John was actually waiting for me in the clinic’s waiting room. I was amazed and totally grateful. He even walked me to my apartment door, and called later that evening to find out if he could help in any other way.
John’s service is not only reliable but the man himself is a gentleman: a real and rare find.

I contacted John’s car service on a recommendation of a friend of a friend. There were 3 of us going on a cruise out of Miami and we were flying into Ft. Lauderdale. The ships shuttle service was $ 60 each and stops all over the airport would have taken about 2 hours to get to the port.
When I talked to John himself he was very cordial and professional. He asked me to e-​mail him flight details and assured me he would be there.
I’m always iffy about these things. I called the day before to confirm and he told me he’d be there.
As soon as we got off the plane John called. He apologized and said he would not be able to pick us up but that he would have one of his drivers show up for us by the time we got our bags. Sure enough he was there as soon as we walked outside.
7 days later our cruise was over and as im eating breakfast John calls again. Asks when we will be disembarking and i tell him by 9. We happen to get outside by 20 to 9 and again… hes right there waiting for us IN A LIMO. He’s like «Yep ya got lucky… all of the towncars were being used!» He was funny and kind. And somehow it only took 20 minutes to get from Port of Miami to Ft Lauderdale.
