Let me just PREFACE: I have been to yoga classes with instructors that would leave much to be desired — would chat about their children or upcoming trip to OBX with their students INCLASS, countdown to savaasana(don’t we all? But what about the rest of the class culminating up to savaasana?), or would treat someone that passed gas during downward dog as some kind of rude anathema, just unprofessional overall. It’s no wonder I hesitated a bit before finding another yoga studio in NEPA. I would resort to doing yoga at home. By the way, Tara Stiles is fabulous! I started working in Danville not too long after the infancy of this equally fabulous and beautiful yoga studio. Hardwood floors, nice clean and fun vibe, Lululemon yoga mats(Oh, I just get tickled with delight over Lulu!), and knowledgeable, seemingly grounded yoga instructors make this studio a breath of fresh air. There’s a variety of classes for your needs… would love to drop in to a rooftop class when it’s warmer out. There’s a gift shop in the reception area that sells beautiful jewelry made by women in developing countries to clothing and candles. Now if only my budget allowed, I would happily be here more. Until then, Tara Stiles shall do but hey — at least I have been keeping up my weekly practice.
