We had a wonderful experience with this staff. We were having challenges looking for a decent engagement ring around Danville, that I liked. And buying online was a little nerve racking. I also had no idea what I wanted. The staff at Ryan’s Jewelers were so helpful and informative. They soothed my worries about shopping and gave us some tips. They actually brought in many rings we were looking at on line, so that we could see them in person. I also wanted a sapphire instead of a diamond and it just so happens the owner is a gemologist and was able to track down the perfect sapphire for our ring. She brought in a selection to look at with different color tones and qualities so we could narrow down what we liked. All in all, I finally found a ring I love and we purchased it through them. They worked great with my indecisiveness and guided us along the path of finding the perfect ring. Very impressed with the service and quality. Many wonderful pieces to look at in the store too.
